The working hours for this role will be European time.  YOU ARE:  * A great team player who loves sharing knowledge and learning from others * A problem solver with strong analytical skills * Excited about learning new things and keeping up to date * Happy to work in a test-driven and Agile development fashion  YOU HAVE: * Significant experience in a QA role * The ability to derive test cases from functional/technical designs * Experience with TDD/BDD and Test Automation * Experience with at least one of the following: Cypress, Playwright, WebdriverIO. * Knowledge of Agile SDLC and understand the QA role in it * Strong communication and collaboration skills, feeling comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders * Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize QA process and enhance quality NICE TO HAVE: * Experience testing applications for Financial institutions (investment banks, brokers, exchanges) particularly trading flows * BSc/MSc in Computer Science or equivalent * Experience of working with distributed teams * Experience with FIX protocol. * Experience with testing Java applications. YOU WILL:  * Propose, create and enhance project’s test strategy considering test automation approach * Design, maintain and execute test cases and provide critical analysis on the results * Build a solid understanding on business, technical and operational requirements * Work with the team to define the quality assurance process * Collaborate with other QAs and DEV team to enhance automated tests and get maximum test coverage * Work with Dev and Devops teams to improve our test automation tools and solutions WHY US:  * To be immersed in high-standard engineering culture. Your work will involve managing both new product development projects and product maintenance initiatives, ensuring that each project meets its objectives in time, cost, and scope. In this role, you will collaborate closely with teams in product development, product management, and supply chain within a multifunctional and multinational environment, while also working with other departments as needed. You will drive progress through structured follow-ups and clear internal reporting. Maintaining an organized approach, you will oversee project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure alignment across teams to bring high-quality products to market efficiently. What you bring To be successful in the role, we believe that you have years of experience within project management, preferably within product development. You also have a bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.  You are driven and structured while maintaining a pragmatic approach, ensuring projects stay on track while adapting to changing needs. With a problem-solving mindset, you are creative in finding solutions that keep projects moving forward.
