🎯 Why This Role Exists We’re hiring a Warehouse Data Intern to strengthen how Fulfillment teams access, understand, and use operational data. Over the next 6 months, this person will improve monitoring and KPI tracking so teams and partners can make faster, better decisions. 🏢 About Bigblue About Bigblue At Bigblue, we’re building the logistics backbone for the next generation of commerce. Modern brands sell everywhere: through their own online stores, marketplaces, retail, social commerce, and more. Across every channel, customers expect the same fast, reliable, and transparent experience after they buy. What used to be Amazon’s exclusive advantage is now becoming the standard for every ambitious brand. We're helping them get there. Since 2018, we've built a tech-driven fulfillment platform used by 600+ brands, including Muji, Aigle, Scuffers, and Cabaïa. With 200+ Bigbluers across the UK, France, Spain, and Germany, our proprietary tech stack, and a network of 9 warehouses and over 100,000 sqm of fulfillment space across Europe, we ship millions of orders every month. And we’re nowhere near done! Backed by €20M+ in funding, we’re expanding across Europe and building the operating system that will power modern commerce operations at a global scale. At Bigblue, we hold ourselves to a very high bar: in the quality of our product, the rigor of our operations, and the care we bring to every merchant we work with. You'll be working alongside talented people on real, high-impact problems, in an environment where high standards come with genuine support, ownership, and room to grow. If you want your work to matter from day one, you’re in the right place. 🔍 The Role (Mission + Impact) As Warehouse Data Intern, you will improve how we measure and monitor warehouse operations through reliable dashboards and actionable KPIs. You will work closely with Warehouse, Fulfillment Excellence, and Product to translate operational needs into metrics, reporting, and tooling improvements. You will report to an Analytics Engineer. Success will be measured by dashboard reliability and adoption, and the clarity and usefulness of KPI definitions. 📋 What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) Improve and maintain warehouse monitoring dashboards to give internal teams and partners clear, near real-time visibility. Define and implement operational KPIs aligned with business objectives. Write efficient SQL queries on large datasets to produce accurate metrics and analyses. Turn onsite observations into actionable insights and communicate them clearly to operational stakeholders. 📈 What Success Looks Like (30/90 Days) 📌 30 Days Learn the warehouse operating model, current dashboards, and KPI definitions. Ship a first round of dashboard improvements that removes obvious pain points for Ops and partners. Draft a KPI catalogue with definitions and the underlying data sources. 📌 90 Days Align on the KPI catalogue, including definitions, ownership, and data sources. Already delivered dashboard improvements are adopted by Ops Team.
