Your Mission: Enable and retain high‑performing sales and partnership teams in Italy by: * Building and maintaining a clear sales Academy and playbook across Inside Sales, Field Sales and Partnerships. * Reducing reactive, ad‑hoc support by creating scalable, self‑serve content and tools. * Equipping managers and team leads with systems, content and insights so they can coach effectively. Your Responsibilities: The Sales Enablement Partner delivers Learning, Development & Enablement locally, turning central programs into capability for the local sales team. The role is responsible for: * Organising the logistics of training. * Translating and localising content. * Documenting training by tracking metrics through the learning platform, ensuring completion to assignments. * Delivering and facilitating training, from short slide presentations to practical, workshop-style sessions. * Coaching agents directly, taking part in the core routines of the sales channel and coaching them in sales processes, steps and products. * Taking the prescriptions and designs from the central team and actively improving them so they land with the local team, adjusting language and adding relevant examples. * Independently creating new training to meet local skill-building needs, always run in line with central guidelines: inside the platform and aligned with the overall enablement strategy. Your Profile: * 5+ years of experience in sales training or coaching. * Fluent in English and Italian. * Sales background preferred: a selling role, account management, sales management or sales support. * Experience managing stakeholders and adapting delivery formats to different learning styles. THE MISSION We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to join our sales team. Reporting to our Sales Lead Manager, your objective will be to detect new merchant opportunities in Italy. We're starting to segment according to the sector of activity and company size, but you will have a huge playing field. If you are a passionate sales professional willing to learn the most successful Sales Methodology in the industry, this role is perfect for you! You will: * Define your portfolio strategy; * Regularly generate new business opportunities, pitch and differentiates Scalapay's services and close deals; * Drive strategy for new clients: lead sales calls, business reviews, and recurring check-ins; * Build custom sales presentations by preparing key data, historical findings and relevant research; * Establish strong relations with key interlocutors, building and executing joint agreed business plans with partners or merchants to drive mutual growth and success; * Follow and manage your sales pipeline in our CRM (Hubspot); * Work on improving a complete and complex sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signature with multi-interlocutor contact. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Must have * 3+ years of relevant sales, or business development experience within the SaaS, ecommerce or digital marketing industries; * You are native speaker of Italian, and you are comfortable working (especially writing) in English as English is our work language inside Scalapay. Nice to have * You've worked in the eCommerce ecosystem; * You have a good knowledge of CRM tools, LinkedIn and prospecting solutions; * You have already experienced a hyper growth startup environment ; * You speak MEDDIC or other commercial framework. Let's build together. Your impact Revenue Operations at Mollie serves around 200 internal stakeholders across sales, customer success, marketing, and partnerships. The analytics work done here feeds directly into how commercial teams make decisions, assign leads, and manage performance. When the data is right, the whole commercial engine runs better. This role sits inside the GTM Enablement team, a small group focused on making Mollie's go-to-market motion faster and smarter. You will be the analytics engineering support for the team's projects. At the same time you will own reporting of our GTM domains, such as Merchant Sales and CSM & Customer Growth. That means the work you produce is immediately visible and measurable within the business. The domain is actively growing and maturing. RevOps has recently adopted a full domain model and is being rebuilt as a proper product and engineering function. There is real space here to shape how analytics is delivered to commercial stakeholders, not just execute on requests. Over time, the expectation is that the team shifts from reactive to proactive, and this role is central to making that happen. What you'll ship * Own and maintain core dashboards for GTM domains, including CSM, and Merchant Sales, serving as the source of truth for commercial stakeholders * Own and maintain HubSpot data models * Define success metrics, set up data tracking and reporting for GTM Enablement team projects * Reduce dashboard sprawl by establishing centralised, standardised reporting in Omni * Deliver ad hoc analysis and impact scoping to support decision-making What you'll bring * Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar * Solid data visualisation skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable outputs for commercial audiences * A working understanding of data modelling concepts, with the ability to apply basic engineering best practices in your work * Experience managing stakeholders in a commercial or sales-facing environment, including the ability to prioritise, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences * Around four or more years of experience in an analytics engineering or closely related role, with a proven level of independence to scope and drive your own work * Comfort working in a fast-moving, commercially oriented environment where priorities shift and ambiguity is part of the job Grow your way At Mollie, growth is personal.
