The Head of Compliance promotes our compliance conscious culture within the group and collaborates with the Toyota Material

Handling Europe management. You will work closely with experts from the legal department, HR, Finance and IT. Our owners Toyota

Industries is currently developing its global and pan European compliance organisation and you will play a key role in that work.

• Conducting whistleblowing investigations, including protection of whistleblowers and timely reporting of case status, outcomes,

and relevant KPIs to the Regional Chief Compliance Officer.

guidance. You are willing to continuously develop expertise through learning or collaboration.

• Experienced in corporate compliance, legal, internal audit or investigations within an international industrial or similar

environment

• Experienced of international compliance regulations and best practices. We see it as beneficial if you have prior experience on

export regulations
