At Neoventa, we are looking for a creative and hands-on Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will help strengthen our brand, support marketing activities, and create compelling content that connects with customers and colleagues around the world.
As part of our marketing team, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across a variety of digital and traditional channels. From social media posts and website content to videos, presentations, email campaigns, events, and printed materials, you will play an important role in ensuring that our communication is engaging, consistent, and aligned with our brand.
You will manage projects from idea to execution, coordinating content production, editing, publishing, and collaborating with colleagues across the organization as well as external partners. You enjoy switching between strategic thinking and hands-on creation and know how to adapt content to different audiences and channels. Whether it is creating a video for social media, developing marketing materials for a product launch, or supporting colleagues with presentations and design, you are passionate about delivering high-quality work with attention to detail.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Multimedia Production, Media Arts, Communications, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or multimedia production across digital and traditional platforms.
Proficiency in video and photo editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and storytelling.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
