SUMMARY Deine Mission Du entwickelst und realisierst kreative Konzepte für und mit unsere:n Kund:innen eigenverantwortlich. Von der ersten Idee über die strategische Ausrichtung bis zur finalen Umsetzung. Du denkst Content als System, Format und Kampagne und setzt ihn selbst um. Dabei bringst du nicht nur deine kreative Handschrift ein, sondern treibst unser gesamtes (Creation-)Team voran. Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Head of Creatives zusammen und prägst aktiv die kreative Ausrichtung von Monami mit. Konkret heisst das: * Creative Lead: Du entwickelst eigenständig starke Kreativkonzepte für Kampagnen, Formate und Always-on-Strategien * Hands-on Creator: Du setzt Content selbst um: ob Video, Motion Design, Social-Media-Formate oder hybride Content-Systeme * Platform Expert:in: Du verstehst TikTok anders als Instagram. Und Instagram anders als LinkedIn. Und weisst genau, wie du Content plattformgerecht inszenierst * Creative Sparring: Du arbeitest eng mit Design, Motion, Video und Strategie zusammen und treibst kreative Prozesse aktiv voran * Pitch Hero: Du präsentierst Konzepte überzeugend vor Kund:innen und vertrittst deine kreative Vision selbstbewusst * AI Pioneer: Du nutzt AI-Tools (für Research, Ideation, Visualisierung, Produktion) selbstverständlich und bringst neue Impulse ins Team * Trend Driver: Du beobachtest kulturelle und digitale Trends und überträgst sie strategisch in unsere Arbeit * Community Builder: Du coachst und inspirierst und hilfst mit, unser (Creation-)Team weiterzuentwickeln, aber auch für unsere Kund:innen Movement und Community zu kreieren Was du mitbringst * 3+ Jahre Erfahrung im kreativen Umfeld (Agentur, Content Creation, Social Media, Video/Motion) * Starkes Portfolio mit digitalen, social-first Cases.
