Proxima Fusion is Europe’s fastest-growing fusion company and the continent’s best-funded fusion player, as well as the first
spin-out from the Max Planck Institute for Plasma Physics (IPP). Backed by over €650M and powered by a growing team across Munich,
Zurich, and Oxford, we are developing the hardware and infrastructure needed to deliver the world’s first commercial stellarator
fusion power plant.
Our concept advances the most mature fusion technology out there, the Wendelstein 7-X stellarator, through two next-generation
machines: Alpha and Stellaris. Our work combines stellarator optimization, advanced computation, machine learning, and
high-temperature superconducting magnets to unlock higher-performance designs that were previously out of reach.
Turning these designs into a functioning fusion power plant requires excellence and ownership across every discipline, from
physics and engineering to software, manufacturing, law, and business functions.

At Proxima Fusion, our mission is bold: making limitless clean energy a reality. To get there, we need a high-performing, diverse
team that brings different perspectives, challenges assumptions, and builds together with purpose. We know that diversity of
thought and experience leads to better ideas, stronger execution, and a more resilient team. We don’t look at how you identify,
what you look like, who you choose to worship or what ethnicity you are. We care about what you can bring to the table.

comstruct turns the paper chaos of construction into structured data. We extract material data from delivery notes and invoices at item level and automate what construction companies still do by hand: documentation, invoice entry, reconciliation. We're looking for exceptional talent to help us empower the industry with smarter and more efficient solutions. About the role 🦺 As our Customer Value Engineer you own our most valuable accounts once the rollout is done and make sure every customer gets maximum value out of our product. Most of your time you're with customers: driving adoption across sites and teams, building ROI models and running strategic QBRs that prove monetary value to decision makers. You build lasting relationships from site managers to C-level, spot expansion opportunities into new business units and geographies and qualify them before Sales gets involved. Working closely with our Forward Deployed Engineering team, you bring customer feedback from the field directly into our product development. You love owning accounts end-to-end and turning customer success into revenue? Then this role is for you! What you will be building 🏗️ * Own our most valuable accounts: Act as the main point of contact and trusted partner for our customers after rollout. You build relationships that turn one-off projects into long-term valuable and strategic partnerships. * Drive adoption on site: Onboard teams across construction sites and business units and make sure comstruct gets used as their everyday working tool. * Prove Value & ROI: Move the conversation from "simple features" to "concrete valuable outcomes." You build ROI models and lead strategic QBRs that prove the monetary value of our product to decision makers. * Expand your accounts: You view your accounts as a business that needs to grow. You identify expansion opportunities, build value cases and draft and negotiate contracts together with our AEs. * Shape the product from the field: You know best with what our customers struggle on site and you make sure our FDE and product team hears it. That feedback shapes what we build next. What we're looking for ✨ * You bring 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account or Project Management, Consulting, managing complex accounts with multi-layered hierarchies. You have structured onboarding plans across multiple stakeholders and driven alignment and adoption across multiple branches. * You are deeply commercially minded. Discussing pricing and defending value comes naturally to you and you instinctively spot where an account can grow. * You don't need to code, but you can read and map an ERP integration, assess what's feasible and push back in a room full of engineers. * You are curious to dig deep into our product. You want to understand how things work under the hood and you naturally connect what customers need with what the product can do. * You are a natural communicator. People enjoy working with you, whether that's a site manager in a container office or a CFO in a boardroom. * You are willing to work five days a week from our Munich office with occasional customer travel * You speak German on a native level and are fluent in English. Nice to have: Ideally, you have initial experience with Construction Tech, Supply Chain or Logistics SaaS experience; early-stage startup experience (<50 employees) where you built processes from scratch. Why join comstruct? 🛠️ Construction is one of the largest and least digitized industries in the world. We're building its digital future. Founded in March 2022, we've raised a €12.5M seed round from 20VC, Google Ventures and top European investors and nine of Switzerland's ten largest contractors already run on comstruct. That's the foundation. The category-defining company gets built now - together with you! What we offer * Real ownership, twice over: Equity options on top of a competitive salary and the freedom to own your work and build things from the ground up, not execute someone else's plan. * Learn from the best: Direct mentoring from our Co-founder & CEO Henric Meinhardt, plus access to engineering mentors through our network with Google Ventures and 20VC. * Build at the frontier: Early access to the latest LLMs and SDKs, any AI productivity tools you need and top-notch hardware. * Invest in yourself: A dedicated development budget for certificates, conferences and everything that makes you grow with the company. * Feel at home: Relocation support for your move to Munich, daily dinner options with the team, Wellpass subscription and yearly offsites - the last ones took us to Mallorca and Italy.
