Description Position at Pilgrim's Security Guard Lead At Pilgrim’s, Safety Is A Condition , which means the safety of our team members comes first - always. The Security Guard Lead is responsible for safeguarding company personnel, property, and assets while providing leadership and support to the Security Department. This position monitors plant activity, oversees facility access, performs routine security inspections and administrative functions, and serves as the primary point of contact in the absence of the Security Supervisor. The Security Guard Lead must demonstrate professionalism, sound judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently across multiple shifts.
