The role
We're looking for a Brand Manager to be Legora's brand presence on the ground in the US, with a strong focus on US and APAC. This
is a crucial hire for winning the US market. You'll report to the Senior Brand Director in Stockholm and act as an extension of
the global Brand function in the region, making sure our brand shows up consistently and powerfully wherever it meets people in
person.
You are the ultimate owner of Legora's brand in these markets. We expect full brand ownership: every touchpoint in the US and APAC
should reflect the standard and consistency this brand deserves.
You'll work closely with the global Brand team, the local team of Brand Designers and Copywriters, and the regional Marketing
team, partnering with the Media Buyer, Senior Director Brand and Marketing Director to shape strong campaign and media plans for
the region.

The Asana Marketing team is responsible for fueling business growth and building a brand customers love. We create campaigns and content to attract new accounts and inspire current ones to grow with us. We continue to grow, with a global team focused on revenue and field marketing, product marketing, brand and content creation, advertising, and lifecycle marketing. We’re looking for a strategic Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the GTM strategy for our new AI-powered service management solution, Asana Service Management, and scale it from 1 to 100. Operating at the intersection of product strategy and commercial execution, you will partner closely with Product and Sales to launch new features and generate significant market momentum. This role is based in our San Francisco, New York or Vancouver office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE * Define and own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy, partnering closely with Integrated Campaigns to drive measurable business results. * Develop and maintain messaging that articulates how our application serves complex enterprise needs and creates value for CIOs. * Drive high-impact product launches that generate market momentum, ranging from flagship releases to incremental feature updates. * Equip our Sales teams to win by developing strategic enablement materials, including battlecards, pitch decks, and customer success stories. * Act as the connective tissue between Product, Partnerships, and Sales to ensure continuous product-market fit. * Leverage performance data and customer feedback to refine our positioning and identify new growth opportunities within the ITSM/ESM space. WHAT WE’LL OFFER Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. We believe that compensation should be reflective of the value you create relative to the market value of your role. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $185,000 - $215,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified. In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits. About the role We’re looking for an independent, highly driven individual to help scale Legora’s law school partnerships through strategic, high-impact initiatives. This role is critical to advancing Legora’s brand and positioning across the legal community in the US and internationally. Reporting to the VP of Partnerships, you’ll sit at the intersection of legal education, technology, and ecosystem building — working closely with academic institutions, internal teams, and the broader legal community to embed Legora into how future lawyers learn and work. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING In this role, you’ll take ownership of Legora’s law school partnerships end-to-end, ensuring partners are enabled, engaged, and aligned with Legora’s long-term goals. You’ll be responsible for: * Ensuring partner institutions are fully enabled on the Legora platform, using your legal subject-matter expertise to identify, articulate, and support relevant use cases. * Launching and owning initiatives to drive platform usage across law school partners, including co-creating content and programs with faculty, clinics, journals, and other stakeholders. * Building strong relationships and champions within partner organisations, supporting long-term adoption and advocacy. * Coordinating cross-functionally with Go-to-Market, Enablement, Customer Engagement, and Marketing teams to ensure partner needs are met and incentives are aligned. * Identifying gaps in Legora’s partnership strategy and designing, executing, and iterating on solutions to strengthen our professional and academic community partnerships. * Operating effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, adapting priorities and approaches as the business scales. WHAT YOU BRING You bring a strong foundation in law, paired with the drive and organisational skills needed to run complex partnership initiatives. You’ll thrive in this role if you: * Hold a JD from a top US law school. * Have 5+ years of professional experience, with a strong emphasis on project or program management. * Possess a clear understanding of the legal sector, including law firm practice areas, lawyer workflows, and common pain points. * Have a proven ability to build trusted relationships and champions within complex organizations. * Are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple fast-paced initiatives simultaneously. * Thrive in high-growth, dynamic environments, and can pivot quickly as priorities evolve. Nice to have (but not required): * 2–3 years of experience practicing at a US law firm (litigation or transactional). * Experience working with the academic sector, particularly with US law school faculty. * Background in legal clinics or law school journals.
