The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location,

offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive structure in addition to base salary.

Role Overview The Director of Engineering - Digital Assets will provide senior technology leadership for ClearBank’s digital assets capability, owning the technical strategy, delivery oversight, and evolution of this domain as it becomes a material payment rail for the bank. This role will lead an established but early‑stage team working on a greenfield digital assets capability, currently focused on stablecoin minting and redemption. The Director will partner closely with Product partners to shape the long‑term roadmap, ensure robust technical foundations, and guide ClearBank’s progression in this exciting domain.
