The Solutions Consultant role is a trusted pre-sales advisor across a broad product range, supporting commercial efforts across
all the Revenue functions within GWI.
This role will sit within the Subject Matter Experts team. This team works closely with both the sales teams in order to create
and curate proactive solutions for the client’s challenges, helping to drive commercial growth across GWI’s data and insight
products.
Solutions Consultants work across a number of verticals, supporting opportunities for a wide array of clients and prospects, from
Fortune 500 well-known companies to smaller scale-ups and boutique agencies.
As a Solutions Consultant, every day is different. You will be working across multiple opportunities and established accounts,
with the ultimate goal of helping the sales teams drive revenue growth. The goals for this role include:

You’ll be responsible for helping develop, drive, and execute an account plan to generate new business revenue, as well as year-over-year expansion and growth within your existing accounts, aligned with GWI’s growth strategy across your book of business. You’ll need to demonstrate the core skills required for this role. About the Role We're looking for an experienced Solutions Consultant to join our Solutions Engineering team. As a member of the team, you will partner with our GTM teams as a product and accounting systems expert to help win new customer revenue and expand the revenue of existing customers. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding the business requirements of our prospects and delivering personalised live demos. Consultants need to obtain a deep understanding of all aspects of the Payhawk platform so that they can tailor its capabilities to various use cases. Additionally, Consultants will be required to capture and provide customer feedback to the product management team in order to drive product development. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain expertise in feature functionality and practical application of all our product offerings. * Participate in the RFI/RFP processes and respond to technical questions. * Deliver personalised live product demonstrations. Including Integration demos, workflows and other complex use cases. * Design, validate and document a product configuration and implementation strategy to share with prospective customers. * Provide accounting and/or accounting system expertise. * Partner with Sales teams to enable and provide accounting context to drive new business revenue. * Partner with the local marketing team attending marketing events and supporting content reviews. * Collect and analyse feedback from prospective customers and communicate it with customer success, engineering, and product management teams in order to drive the product roadmap. Requirements * Minimum of 5+ years of experience in an ERP Implementation Role or similar finance role (E.g. Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or Financial Controller, Head of Finance etc) * Professional Accounting Qualification e.g. ACA/ACCA/CIMA is preferred but not required. * Experience working in both pre-sales and implementation is preferred. * Excellent verbal and written communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. * Native/near native English speaker. * Ability to build relationships with potential customers, understand their environment and introduce new concepts to solve problems. * Ability to balance multiple competing priorities. * Comfort with a fluid, fast-paced environment. * A passion for problem-solving. For this role, the estimated OTE range is between £123,000 - £140,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified. In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
