The target base pay for the Nurse Practitioner role in New York, NY is $65.00/hour USD. Compensation may vary based on experience,
qualifications, and geographic location. Peachy reserves the right to modify compensation ranges as business needs evolve.

What You’ll Do: ● Induce, maintain, and recover patients under anesthesia for a wide range of surgical procedures ● Monitor and manage anesthetic depth, ventilators, IV fluids, and critical vitals in real-time ● Maintain anesthesia equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth daily OR flow ● Place and manage IV, arterial, and central lines with precision ● Work closely with our anesthesiologist to develop and execute patient-specific anesthetic protocols ● Contribute to a proactive, communicative OR culture where safety, teamwork, and efficiency go hand-in-hand ● Support surgical prep and patient handoffs to and from the ICU and outpatient teams What We Require: * Licensure in New York State required * 2+ years of experience as a Licensed Veterinary Technician * Anesthesia, Critical Care or ICU experience is a plus * Experience with practice management software (ezyVet is our in-house platform) * Adaptability, being able to pivot effortlessly while demonstrating a positive attitude with clients and co-workers * Expert time management skills * Highly organized and acute attention to detail * Openness to feedback, coaching, and continuous learning What We Offer: * $32 - $39/hr.
