Role Responsibilities:

Alpha FMC is looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our growing team. We are seeking people with strong Front Office

Technology skills, along with a personal desire to build a unique, world-class service offering for our clients. As a Solutions

Consultant, you will be assisting with investment technology choices and implementation solutioning to deliver technology change

across the front office technology construct. You will provide Service Matter Expertise for front office technology solutions and

associated operating models, working with key client stakeholders to maximize value delivery on time and on budget.

Contribute to client’s front-office implementation process including current state analysis, requirements gathering, workflow

design, system configuration & integration, test management & execution, and training/procedure documentation.

Support project leadership by delivering workflow solutions, contributing to status updates, and risk identification &

escalation.

Provide effective and proactive communication with the Alpha project team and client business stakeholders to ensure alignment

across the program.

Ensure documentation and development are aligned with defined specifications and industry best practices.
Define and promote best practice technical methodologies for implementation, such as SDLC, migration strategy, and quality

Contribute to the development of internal accelerators and propositions within an OMS / front & middle office focused

framework.

Provide support on business & technical workflow handover to client teams upon completion of engagement.

Role Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience with implementations, product management, or production support role with focus on front office

technology such as Blackrock Aladdin, Charles River IMS, Bloomberg AIM, Simcorp, Finbourne, or Ridgeline

Deep understanding of the Asset and/or Wealth Management value chain, spanning multiple client segments, investment products,

and operating models.

Must be comfortable leading executive-level workshops, steering committees, and program forums.
Proficiency in SQL and database management, including experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, & AWS
Specialist in at least one of the following Front and Middle Office focus areas: Risk & Analytics, Compliance & Regulation,

Portfolio Management, Trading, Operations, Client Reporting, Transaction/Position/Cash Reconciliation, Data Management &

Governance

Strong understanding of investment products and asset classes, including Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and Alternatives,

with the ability to translate investment and business needs into operating and technology design requirements

Proficiency with SQL is required, any additional coding skills also desirable
Experience with integration of cloud-based architecture (Snowflake, Azure, AWS) is desirable
Proficiency in data modelling, data governance, and data quality management across investment data domains (i.e., transaction,

position, security, and ABOR/IBOR)

Openness to travel depending on client preference
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills
Deep understanding of OMS/EMS/PMS vendor landscape (knowledge of EDM/MDM landscape a plus)

There are a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to - skill sets,

experience and training, and licensure and certifications. A reasonable estimate of the range is $100,000 and $150,000 subject to

You will bring strong front-/middle-/back-office technology skills and a drive to build distinctive, world-class offerings for clients. In this role, you will provide a strategic perspective on investment technology selections and implementation decisions, work with specialist teams to deliver change across the Investment Management Solutions technology landscape, advise on solutions and operating models, and partner with client stakeholders to deliver value on time and on budget. More responsibilities as follows: * Help deliver end-to-end front-/middle-/back-office implementations, including: current-state assessment, requirements gathering, workflow design, configuration, data integration, test planning and execution, and training/procedure documentation * Own project planning and/or project management, including a detailed statement of work and task plan to ensure a successful implementation * Aid in project governance, including regular status meetings, task and budget tracking, and proactive communication with clients and the Alpha delivery team * Ensure deliverables and documentation align to requirements, specifications, and industry best practices * Assist with defining and promoting implementation best practices (e.g., SDLC, migration strategy, and QA/testing standards) * Contribute to internal accelerators and propositions within an IMS and front-/middle-/back-office framework * Deliver business & technical workflow handover to client teams upon completion of engagement Role Requirements * Minimum 2 years of experience with implementations, project management, and/or production support role with a focus on front office technology such as: SimCorp One/Dimension, Blackrock Aladdin, Charles River IMS, Bloomberg AIM, FactSet, Finbourne, or Ridgeline – with preference toward SimCorp One/Dimension experience * Understanding of the Asset and/or Wealth Management value chain - spanning multiple client segments, investment products, and operating models * Must be comfortable participating in executive-level workshops, steering committees, and program forums * Experience in and/or Project Management experience in at least two of the following Front-/Middle-/Back Office focus areas: * Portfolio Management * Trading * Operations * Data Warehousing and Reporting * Alt. The anticipated base salary for this role varies based on geographic location and is structured across three compensation zones. These zones reflect local market conditions and cost of labor. Geographic placement is determined by the employee’s primary work location. Zone A | $90,400 - $153,900 Applies to candidates working in designated high-cost metropolitan areas, including: Los Angeles, CA; San Francisco, CA; Boston, MA; New York City, NY; and Washington, DC, as well as remote roles based in Massachusetts or the New York Tri-State Area. Zone B | $78,400- $128,250 Applies to candidates working in key metropolitan markets, including: Austin, TX; Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Charlotte, NC; Denver, CO; and Philadelphia, PA, as well as remote roles based in Texas, California, Pennsylvania, Florida, or Colorado. Zone C | $72,000 - $118,750 Applies to all other U.S. locations not listed above. Toronto | CAD 110,240 - CAD 161,500 Applies to candidates working in the Toronto region Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and work location.
