Fair Insurance AS has one clear focus: vehicle insurance. Our ambition is simple — to make vehicle insurance easier to access,

fairer, and more transparent for every customer we serve. We believe the insurance industry can do better, and we are building the

company that proves it.

At Fair, we believe data is the key to creating a safer driving environment and reducing the number of injuries and deaths on the

road. By understanding how vehicles are actually driven — not just how old they are or what postcode they park in — we can price

risk more accurately, reward safer drivers, and ultimately contribute to fewer accidents. This is not just a commercial

proposition. It is the reason we do what we do.

We operate across Norway and Sweden, with ambitions to expand our geographical footprint. Today we hold approximately 33% market

share of taxis insured in Norway — making us the clear market leader. We are actively building our position in commercial vehicle

insurance (Næringsbil) with triple-digit growth. As part of the ABAX Group, we have direct access to one of the largest telematics

datasets in Europe, giving us a structural data advantage that pure insurance players cannot replicate.

In October 2026, we will merge RA and Fair Insurance into a single, unified entity: Fair Insurance AS. We are now building the

operational infrastructure to scale — and we are looking for the right person to lead it.

ABAX Group is a Nordic technology company with offices across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland,

and the UK. ABAX provides fleet management, telematics, and vehicle intelligence solutions to tens of thousands of businesses

across the region — generating one of the richest real-world driving datasets available anywhere in Europe.

Fair Insurance AS sits at the intersection of this data capability and the insurance market. Our strategic position is unique: we

are an insurance intermediary with direct, structural access to the underlying vehicle and driver data that determines risk. This

allows us to develop products, price risk, and build customer propositions that pure insurance players simply cannot replicate.

Our ambition is to become the leading data-driven vehicle insurance intermediary in the Nordics and beyond — building on our

dominant position in Norway, growing our presence in Sweden, and entering new markets. We are developing usage-based insurance

(UBI) products, deepening our telematics pricing capability, and expanding the commercial vehicle segment in line with our

Business Plan 2029.

The COO role is central to executing this strategy. You will be joining at an inflexion point — post-merger, with a clear

structure in place, a strong market position, and genuine tailwinds behind us.

As COO, you will be the operational engine of Fair Insurance AS. You will report directly to the CEO and hold full responsibility

for our middle management team across both commercial insurance lines and product development. This is a senior leadership role

with real accountability and real scope.

• Driving the operational integration following the merger — establishing clear processes, meeting rhythms, and ownership

structures.

• Ensuring regulatory compliance in close coordination with our Insurance Product Owner, across Norwegian (Finanstilsynet) and

Swedish (FI) frameworks.

• Proven experience in a senior operational or commercial leadership role, ideally within insurance, financial services, or a

regulated industry.
