The Algerian Embassy in Oslo is urgently recruiting a universal administrative agent M/F / assistant to in the consular section of Embassy Hva vi ser etter​ Algerian Embassy Arbeidsoppgaver​ Assistant to in the consular section of Embassy​ who will be in charge of: • (consular tours, professional missions, making appointments, etc.) • Transcription and entry of civil status documents (extract, death, marriage, literal copy, etc.) • Keeping civil status registers • Management of electronic databases. • Active participation in all activities concerning the Algerian community (organization of events, creation and updating of lists, monitoring of registration, elections, etc.) • Monitoring and management of social files in relation to the community • Support for the civil status center (return of incomplete files, response to users, telephone switchboard, etc.) Qualifications​ · Excellent command of Norvegian, Arabic, English and French · Previous experience in administration is preferable but not required · Good communication and interpersonal skills · Teamwork experience, positive attitude and flexibility Salary:​ 32.100 NOK / month gross salary Non-EEA nationals who are resident in Norway are required to be in possession of a permanent residence permit to be considered for the position. Om stillinga og avdelinga​ Som fagdirektør for økonomi og rekneskap har du ansvar for å leie, utvikle og kvalitetssikre rekneskapsarbeidet i HK-dir. Du får eit særleg ansvar for å bidra til at rekneskapen vår blir eit nyttig verktøy i styringa av verksemda, og at rekneskapsprosessane våre blir endå meir effektive. Fagdirektøren har eit særleg ansvar for å rettleie økonomar i rekneskapsarbeidet deira, og òg i anna økonomisk arbeid i samarbeid med avdelingsdirektør, som du vil rapportere til. Fagdirektøren vil høyre til avdeling for verksemds- og økonomistyring i divisjon for styring og organisasjon. Avdelinga har om lag 20 tilsette og har eit heilskapleg ansvar for å leggje til rette for styring og kontroll i direktoratet. Mellom anna ligg arbeidet med budsjett i avdelinga, i tillegg til rekneskap. Avdelinga har kontorstad i Bergen og Oslo, og stillinga er lyst ut i begge byane. Faste eller periodiske oppgåver​ I tillegg til det generelle ansvaret for å leie, utvikle og kvalitetssikre rekneskapsarbeidet vil du ha ansvar for fleire faste og periodiske oppgåver: • Sikre oppfølging og kontroll av rekneskap (SRS og kontant), inkludert månadleg, tertialvis og årleg rapportering • Oppfølging av rekneskap knytt til prosjekt og koststader, medrekna godkjenning av bilag, utbetalingar og avstemmingar • Forvaltning av tilgangsstyring i økonomisystem og godkjenning av økonomiske vedtaksbrev • Innmelding og oppfølging av prosjekt og aktivitetar til DFØ Stillinga kan få lagt til andre oppgåver innanfor ansvarsområdet til avdelinga. Kvalifikasjonar​ Du må ha: • Master i rekneskap og revisjon eller i økonomi og administrasjon. Lang og relevant arbeidserfaring i kombinasjon med bachelorgrad i rekneskap og revisjon eller i økonomi og administrasjon kan kompensere for kravet om master. • Minimum 3 års erfaring med fagleg leiing av rekneskapsarbeid, medrekna ansvar for fagleg kvalitet og for rettleiing og støtte til rekneskapsmedarbeidarar. The role​ The Head of Finance provides financial leadership with hands-on operational execution, ensuring strong financial control, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decision-making. While partnering with the CEO and Executive Management team to make informed decisions that maximize value creation, the Head of Finance is a partner for data driven and operational financial efficiency and planning. The position oversees financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, working capital optimization, inventory control, cost accounting, payroll oversight, and external stakeholder reporting. The right person will have the ability to balance the compliance rigor, have commercial insight, operational understanding, and the ability to support processes that scale alongside the organization’s growth trajectory. What You’ll Do​ Overall, our Head of Finance will be involved in a wide range of financial strategies, efforts and tasks in the company and collaborate across departments, with great influence on decisions supporting the company’s overall strategies and goals. Finding the right person that fits our company environment, and mentality is very important when looking for our Head of Finance. We are looking for someone who has the right “on paper” competences and also is personally motivated and enthusiastic for the opportunity to take the driver seat of the financial efforts in a company with big goals and potential in a growing phase. You preferably started your career in revision or similar to having the compliance foundation, and have later been working in business finance, controlling or accounting prior to entering a Senior or Managerial role. Overall, you know what it takes to run a profitable and compliant business. You are experienced with growth processes, preferably in a company producing physical hardware with a global supply chain. You feel confident entering this role with your existing skillsets and are still highly motivated and eager for further growth and success by reaching great milestones in your new journey. Qualifications​ • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Auditing, or equivalent. • 3-5 years of experience in a senior or managerial Finance position. • Understanding of fundraising and capital markets. • Strong expertise in financial planning and unit economics. • Knowledge of Norwegian accounting legislation, tax, VAT, and payroll regulations. • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken. • A plus if one has experience from a hardware manufacturing startup or early-stage company’s growth stage (IPO, acquisition, or major funding round).
