Valuation Intern

We are looking for an intern to join Verdane's Valuation team, supporting the Valuation Manager in the quarterly fair value

assessment of Verdane's investments across all funds. The role works closely with the Investment, Investor Relations, Data and

Funds teams, and offers exposure to valuation methodologies applied from entry through to exit.

Workload varies across the year, with busier periods around each quarterly reporting cycle and more flexibility to combine the

role with studies in between.

We're looking for someone analytical, with relevant studies and experience, and a passion for using AI in Excel and financial

modelling. This role centres on valuations and offers exposure to Investment Committee related valuation work and the chance to

help develop our valuation research and approach further.

• Support the quarterly fair value assessment process across all Verdane funds
• Contribute to IC related valuation work between reporting cycles
• Help develop and refine Verdane's valuation research and approach
• Use AI tools and digital technologies to support analysis and financial modelling
• Support financial modelling and comparables analysis for public markets and growth valuations

• Studying towards, or recently completed, a relevant degree (e.g. Finance, Tech, Economics, Business)
• Genuine interest in both public markets and growth valuations, shown through prior experience or involvement in student

investment clubs

• Comfortable using AI tools in Excel and financial modelling
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Analytical, curious, and detail oriented
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Able to commit full weeks during reporting months (January, April, July, October), with flexibility for full time or part time

alongside studies in between
