We’re looking for an Account Executive to grow our footprint across France. You’ll be at the forefront of introducing Tandem’s
clinician copilot to providers, partners, and health systems - shaping how we scale across France
This is a pivotal role where you’ll forge high-impact partnerships across the care ecosystem, from provider networks and EHR

Vous serez en première ligne pour présenter l'assistant médical IA de Tandem auprès des professionnels de santé, des partenaires et des systèmes de soins, et jouerez un rôle clé dans notre stratégie de déploiement à l’échelle nationale. Vous combinerez expertise marché, capacité à créer des relations durables et excellence opérationnelle. Vos missions • Identifier, initier et piloter des relations stratégiques clés au sein de l’écosystème de santé français. • Ouvrir des opportunités auprès des établissements de santé afin d’accélérer l’adoption de Tandem. • Présenter, négocier et conclure des partenariats à forte valeur stratégique, en collaboration étroite avec les équipes juridique, produit et commerciale. • Représenter Tandem lors de rendez-vous clients, événements et conférences, en positionnant l’entreprise comme un partenaire de confiance en santé digitale. • Faire remonter la voix du marché au sein de Tandem, en partageant des insights clés qui nourrissent le développement produit, les priorités réglementaires et la stratégie go-to-market locale. • Contribuer à la mise en place des processus de customer success et de support afin d’assurer la réussite et la satisfaction durable de nos partenaires. Votre profil * Expérience confirmée dans les partenariats, la vente ou le développement commercial en santé, idéalement au sein d’entreprises de healthtech, medtech ou SaaS. * Solide historique de conclusion de partenariats stratégiques dans des environnements complexes et réglementés, avec des acteurs tels que des prestataires de soins, éditeurs de DPI/DME ou entreprises pharmaceutiques. * Excellente connaissance de l’écosystème de santé français : payeurs, prestataires, acteurs du numérique en santé et spécificités régionales. * Réseau local solide et capacité démontrée à instaurer des relations de confiance avec des parties prenantes variées. * Aisance dans les échanges cliniques, commerciaux et techniques. * Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l’anglais, avec d’excellentes compétences en communication. * Autonomie forte, tout en sachant collaborer étroitement avec des équipes transverses. * Forte motivation pour améliorer la qualité et l’efficacité des soins grâce à une innovation pertinente et à fort impact. Atouts supplémentaires * Expérience de collaboration ou de vente auprès d’éditeurs de DPI/DME, de systèmes de santé ou de plateformes de soins. * Parcours en medtech, santé digitale ou logiciels réglementés. * Connaissance des cadres réglementaires et de conformité français et européens. * Expérience en startup ou en environnement à forte croissance, notamment dans le lancement de nouveaux marchés. As a strategic dealmaker, you’ll collaborate with C-level decision-makers to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Win Big Deals: Target, pitch, and close enterprise-level partnerships, crafting strategies to expand Scalapay’s presence. * Own Relationships: Build trust with CEOs, CMOs, CFOs, and other senior stakeholders, becoming their go-to advisor. * Strategize & Close: Design sales plans, negotiate contracts, and guide deals from start to finish. * Collaborate: Work with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure client success and shape Scalapay’s growth. * Report Smarter: Leverage CRM (Hubspot) and data to track progress, share insights, and exceed targets. WHO YOU ARE * Experience: 10+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, in Payments (preferred), Fintech, or eCommerce. * Proven Success: a history of closing global deals from scratch, smashing targets, and understanding enterprise needs in industries like Fashion and Travel. * Sales Mastery: as a natural hunter, you follow a strong value-selling methodology, with exceptional negotiation and communication skills * Strategic Edge: Big-picture thinker with sharp business acumen and a disciplined sales approach. * Tech Savvyness: Proficient in CRM and analytics tools (Hubspot experience is a bonus).
