En tant que People / HRBP, ta mission est d'être un soutien aux dirigeants d'une ou plusieurs practices pour les aider à faire grandir l'engagement de leurs équipes dans la durée : améliorer la performance des systèmes people, définir la stratégie people de ton entité, former les managers, améliorer les outils au service des prises de décision.
Assurer le run People au quotidien et l’amélioration des outils et processus (SIRH Lucca, outils managers, gestion des coachs qui accompagnent les Theodoers…)
Identifier et implémenter des améliorations du système People, en t’appuyant sur les problématiques terrain et les retours des équipes pour faire évoluer nos pratiques et outil
Concevoir, organiser et suivre des événements internes (dojos, formations managers et coachs…), au service du développement des équipes et de la diffusion des bonnes pratiques
Être garant·e de la culture et des valeurs de Theodo, en veillant à leur incarnation dans les pratiques quotidiennes et les dispositifs People
Accompagner les managers dans la gestion de leurs équipes, avec le soutien du Head of People, sur les enjeux individuels et collectifs
Préparer les temps forts People, notamment les People Reviews (RDP, départs, trajectoires de carrière, engagement)

Role & Requirements We are investing into a People Business Partner aligned to our Asset & Wealth Management, Europe (‘AWM EUR’) business unit. This role has a strategic dual role. This will include but not be limited to reporting on matters such as – Reward & Retention, Strategic Hires/Workforce Planning, Talent Development and Strategic Projects * People Communications: * Designing and executing effective people communications as they relate to organizational change, compensation, and new policies. Qualifications: Must have: * 5-7 years’ HR or recruitment experience, with experience in strategic business partnering or relationship management role. * Proven ability to influence and advise senior leaders on people strategy and organizational design. * Strong experience in talent attraction and management, succession planning, and leadership development. * Demonstrated capability in post-acquisition integration, change management, and cultural alignment. * A university degree (2:1 or above) in a relevant discipline * Certification such as CIPD 5, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent academic or professional accreditation. * Excellent communication, analytical, team-work and stakeholder management skills. * Professional working proficiency in English and French. Good to have: * Experience within a consulting firm – ideally within Financial Services * Strong working knowledge of European employment law, HR processes and best practice, especially France, Germany, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Denmark. * Exposure to global or matrixed organizations with complex stakeholder environments. * Professional working proficiency in German. Location and working patten: * Office-based in the same location as the Business Heads, in Paris. For this role it is important that this individual is co-located with the business and is able to attend key meetings in person – e.g. senior leadership meetings, strategic initiative workshops and 1:1s. We expect that on average this will require c. 2-3d/w in the relevant office, but this may flex up or down depending on the week. We're looking for a People Operations apprentice to join Datadog's EMEA Compliance team in Paris - the team responsible for ensuring our employees across EMEA are well-supported and that our HR processes run smoothly and in compliance with local requirements. As part of this team, you'll work alongside HR professionals to handle day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinate with internal teams and external providers, and help maintain the operational backbone that employees and stakeholders rely on every day. This is a hands-on role where you'll gain real exposure to HR compliance, immigration coordination, and employment law in an international environment. About the role As a People Operations apprentice, you will combine theoretical learning at your school with practical, hands-on experience supporting this team on a wide range of administrative and operational tasks.
