Après quelques années d'existence, Pretto pourrait mettre ses charentaises et se résoudre à la vie plan-plan… mais non. La fougue est toujours là. L'instabilité palpable. Nous ne visons que la transcendance.
Petit historique : pour devenir LA référence du crédit et de l'achat immobilier, Pretto a investi depuis ses débuts dans la création de contenus et d'outils (articles, simulateurs, observatoire des taux) qui attirent une audience massive et nous installent comme un expert reconnu. C'est par ces pages que des millions de visiteurs nous découvrent, et que nous transformons chaque jour des centaines d'entre eux en leads pour nos équipes commerciales.
Sauf qu'on est à un moment charnière : la façon dont les gens cherchent un prêt immo est en train de basculer. Hier on optimisait pour Google. Ton objectif principal : convaincre un maximum d'utilisateurs de confier leur projet d'achat immobilier à Pretto. Concrètement, transformer les nouvelles sessions en un maximum de simulations de financement, puis en leads qualifiés pour les équipes commerciales.
Le terrain de jeu est fantastique : des millions de visiteurs annuels, des milliers de pages de contenu, un comparateur de banques et un observatoire des taux à faire grandir, et une équipe tournée vers l'impact qui encourage l'action et valorise la prise d'initiative — qu'elle soit concluante ou non. Tu opères à la frontière entre l'acquisition et le produit, là où une bonne idée bien shippée se mesure directement en conversions.

Stratégie & priorisation
Élaborer la stratégie qui guide nos initiatives à la frontière entre acquisition et produit (SEO, GEO, conversion).
Prioriser les projets à mener pour atteindre les objectifs, arbitrer entre impact et effort.
Opérer une veille constante sur le marché, la concurrence et les nouveaux canaux (en particulier IA) pour générer de nouvelles idées produit.
Build & delivery
Gérer des projets de A à Z : découper, spécifier, embarquer la tech, livrer.
T'assurer de la qualité des livrables avant mise en production, et faire des recettes régulières.
Itérer vite : tu prototypes pour comprendre, tu testes une V1 imparfaite plutôt que d'attendre la perfection.
Expérimentation & data
Concevoir et analyser des A/B tests pour décider sur la donnée plutôt que sur l'intuition.
Conduire des tests utilisateurs et collecter les irritants remontés du terrain.
Plonger dans les données (tracking, attribution, conversion) pour dénicher les opportunités cachées.
Marque & collaboration
Porter une attention particulière au design, au contenu et à la construction de marque : tu es responsable de la première impression.
