TEAM Voodoo Ad-Network is an autonomous product of around 30 people that carries the ambitious mission of providing ad network services. One goal is to leverage Voodoo’s first-party data to improve Voodoo’s monetisation. Moreover, the product is growing through new ventures like opening up to external inventory, reaching the external-advertisers market and social-network monetisation through BeReal’s recent acquisition. Thanks to promising results, our ambition is now to scale up the team to support growth. The Ad Experience team owns the end-to-end quality of the ads delivered by our network, from ad rendering to data collection. It has a strong focus on viewability, tracker integrity and the diagnostic signals that feed our Machine Learning models. It’s composed of mostly senior Software Engineers, Mobile Developers, QA Engineers and Full Stack Engineers who iterate together to detect issues quickly, improve the user-side ad experience and protect the quality of the data flowing back into the product. ROLE We’re looking for an Experienced Data Analyst to join our Engineering & Data team. In this role, you will: * Work on end-to-end data projects with the Ad Experience squad to improve ad delivery quality, reduce ad-load and rendering failures, and maintain a high data quality. * Monitor SDK diagnostic events and build alerting, anomaly detection and root-cause analyses on top of the Ad Experience datasets. * Build data collection and transformation pipelines, and actionable dashboards. * Analyze large, complex data sets with billions of events representing the behaviour of mobile game players and of our ad network to investigate ad-quality regressions, attribution discrepancies and SDK rollouts. * Design solutions from scratch, iterate quickly, create POCs, and deploy to production rapidly. * Occasionally leverage Python skills and Statistics skills to support A/B tests on ad-experience changes PROFILE * You possess substantial experience in analytical roles, ideally within a web or mobile company or the tech or ad tech industry. * You are highly skilled in SQL and have a proven track record of building production-ready pipelines that handle large and complex data sets. * You have solid experience in ETL development. * You have solid experience with DBT. * You have practical experience with Tableau or another standard dashboard platform, and can create dashboards that are shared company-wide, facilitating data-driven decision-making across departments. * Advanced knowledge of statistical tools and models will be considered a significant advantage. * Development skills, particularly in Python, will be considered a significant advantage * You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are able to balance the tradeoff between time-consuming development and rapid results. * You have a solid problem solving mindset as well as a great track record demonstrating ownership and ability to come up with innovative ideas. * A BA/B.Sc degree in Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economy, or other quantitative fields is mandatory for this role. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la fiabilité et la performance des solutions data & IA développées au sein d’Ekimetrics, en intervenant sur un périmètre fonctionnel étendu : applications, APIs, pipelines data et modèles de machine learning.    Vous serez responsable de la définition, de la mise en œuvre et de l’automatisation des stratégies de test, avec un haut niveau d’exigence en matière de rigueur, de couverture et de traçabilité. Votre contribution permettra d’améliorer la robustesse de nos plateformes, d’accélérer nos cycles de livraison et de garantir une qualité irréprochable pour nos utilisateurs internes et externes.    Automatisation & Développement de tests    - Développer et maintenir des suites de tests automatisés (Playwright, Typescript).  - Couvrir un scope large : APIs, front-end, data pipelines, intégrations modèles.    Stratégie de test & robustesse  - Définir et exécuter des stratégies de test complètes : fonctionnel, régression, exploratoire.  - Identifier les edge cases et renforcer la robustesse des produits.  - Vérifier la clarté et la cohérence des tests, assurer un bon taux de couverture.    Qualité & Process  - Mettre en place des outils et frameworks QA pour industrialiser les pratiques.  - Contribuer aux quality gates avant release.  - Détecter les anomalies en amont et collaborer avec les devs pour les résoudre rapidement.    Ce rôle requiert autonomie, sens de l’initiative et capacité à collaborer efficacement avec les équipes techniques. Vous évoluerez dans un environnement stimulant, au cœur de projets stratégiques, où votre expertise sera essentielle pour soutenir notre ambition d’excellence technologique et opérationnelle.    Votre profil - 4-8 ans d’expérience en QA engineering.  - Maîtrise de Playwrigh et Typescript (framework principal utilisé).  - Connaissance de Xray, Jest ou outils équivalents.  - Capacité à développer des tests automatisés de bout en bout.  - Sensibilité à la GenAI pour générer du code et accélérer les workflows.  - Forte autonomie, prise d’initiative, proactivité et motivation.  - Capacité à documenter, analyser et remonter les problèmes efficacement.  - Bonnes compétences de debugging.

ABOUT THE ROLE As a Software Engineer within the Ground Control Systems (GCS) team, you will play a central role in developing Harmattan AI’s new range of drone controllers — high-performance, Android-based control stations designed for professional UAV operations. You will adapt and extend the open-source QGroundControl platform (C++/Qt) to integrate seamlessly with our proprietary hardware, adding new features and ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability across missions. RESPONSIBILITIES * App Development: Design, develop, and optimize our QGroundControl-based application using C++ and Qt. * Hardware Integration: Adapt the app interface with physical controls (joysticks, buttons, switches, touchscreen) for a cohesive operator experience. * Feature Implementation: Translate user needs and mission requirements into new functionalities and UX/UI improvements. * Platform Maintenance: Port and maintain the app across Android versions, ensuring performance, compatibility, and security. * Deployment: Manage app updates and releases across our device fleet. * Collaboration: Work closely with embedded and electronics teams to ensure smooth hardware/software integration and with QA for field validation. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS * Master’s degree in Software Engineering or related field. * 3+ years of experience in software development: C++ and Qt for desktop or embedded applications. * Experience with Android development (Java or C++/NDK). * Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and cross-platform app optimization. * Experience in robotics or drones environments is a strong plus. * Knowledge of MAVLink, PX4, or ground control systems is an advantage. * English proficiency (reading and writing technical documentation). * Versatile, autonomous, and eager to learn in a fast-evolving technical environment.
