250+ local authorities rely on Vizzia to keep their streets cleaner and safer. Behind every camera, every connected station, every
accessory deployed in the field, there's a question that never goes away: will it still work in 18 months, in 3 years, in 5 years?
Hardware quality isn't a checkpoint at the end of the line. It's a discipline that has to be present from R&D to supply chain, and
shared across every member of the hardware team.
Today, hardware quality is handled in addition to other responsibilities. The team needs someone whose entire focus is to set the
standard, build the processes, and make sure they're applied — on our products, with our suppliers, and over time. The hardware
scope at Vizzia covers cameras, stations, accessories, all the way through to deployment with manufacturing partners in China.
You'll report to David, the hardware team's lead. The role is transversal: no direct reports today, but expected to scale into a
small quality team in the medium term. Your mission is to bring quality discipline to every step of Vizzia's hardware development,
from design choices to field reliability, and to make it a shared standard, not a constraint imposed from the outside.
1. Define and own the hardware quality plan
2. Set up processes across the development chain
reports, certification documentation)
3. Run the hardware test plans
4. Drive supplier quality, including on-site in China
5. Secure certifications and field reliability
becoming the quality police
At Vizzia, we care about precision, ownership and getting things to work in the real world. We're looking for someone who's
genuinely interested in what reliable hardware means for the public sector.

ABOUT US Harmattan AI is a next-generation defense prime building autonomous and scalable defense systems. Following the close of a $200M Series B, valuing the company at $1.4 billion, we are expanding our teams and capabilities to deliver mission-critical systems to allied forces. Our work is guided by clear values: building technologies with real-world impact, pursuing excellence in everything we do, setting ambitious goals, and taking on the hardest technical challenges. We operate in a demanding environment where rigor, ownership, and execution are expected. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Quality Engineer to support the deployment and continuous improvement of our quality management system (QMS) across our international entities. Working closely with the Senior Quality Engineer, you will contribute to maintaining high-quality standards, supporting audits, and ensuring smooth communication between teams. RESPONSIBILITIES * Quality Management System Support * Assist in the documentation and implementation of procedures and processes aligned with ISO 9001 and EN 9100 standards. * Participate in internal audits from start to finish (covering workstation, process, and supplier audits). * Contribute to the follow-up of non-conformities, corrective and preventive actions. * Operational Quality * Manage incoming and outgoing quality checks, including supplier and customer feedback. * Participate in the analysis of product returns and coordinate corrective actions with the technical teams. * Use quality tools such as Root Cause Analysis and Ishikawa diagrams to identify and classify potential causes of quality issues. * Support risk reduction initiatives across production and R&D teams. * Collaboration and Communication * Work with cross-functional teams using platforms such as Jira or Confluence to document and track quality topics. * Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and promote a strong quality culture. * Continuous Improvement * Participate in initiatives to improve processes, reduce risks, and increase customer satisfaction. * Collect and analyze data to support performance monitoring and reporting. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS * Degree in quality, industrial, aeronautical, or mechanical engineering. * 2–3 years of relevant experience in quality engineering, preferably in the automotive, aerospace, or high-tech sectors, with at least one successful first permanent role. * Solid knowledge of ISO 9001/EN 9100 and ability to perform internal audits from end-to-end across different types of quality topics (process, supplier, product). * Experience with quality tools, including Root Cause Analysis, Ishikawa diagrams, and risk reduction methods. * Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar collaboration tools. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments in an international environment. * Communication & Commitment: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English; full alignment with Harmattan AI’s mission and willingness to go the extra mile to support our growth. We look forward to hearing how you can help shape the future of autonomous defense systems at Harmattan AI.
At Joko, we help consumers shop smarter. Our mission is to revolutionize shopping, empowering people to find what they need, make informed decisions, and save money. Founded in Paris, Joko is a tech company and certified B Corp with over 105 talents across Paris, Barcelona, and New York (and beyond). More than 6 million users already save money every day at 10,000+ merchants with Joko. From cashback and automatic coupons to price alerts and carbon tracking, we keep expanding our products to make shopping smarter. We’re now building an AI-powered shopping assistant to help users find the best products by price, quality, and environmental impact. Having reached profitability in our core market, we’re now scaling globally, with a strong focus on the US. It’s still day 1, come build the future of shopping with us! This position is remote-friendly (France and Spain). 📱OUR ENGINEERING TEAM Our Engineering team excels at solving cutting-edge technical challenges with elegant solutions. With a strong focus on product innovation and design, they are shaping the future of the shopping experience. Their ambition is to have a positive impact on the everyday lives of hundreds of millions of users around the world. Software Engineers in the Engineering team work hand-in-hand with the Product team, from exploration, design, and roadmap prioritization to implementation, and deployment in production. At Joko, we have firsthand experience that teams with engineers who possess a diverse range of skills, and where engineering and product collaborate closely, are able to deliver a truly delightful and innovative user experience. The Engineering team is currently growing fast to continuously innovate on all parts of our product and tech stack and to empower the revolution of the way people shop online. 🎯 WHAT YOU WILL DO At Joko, we’re entering a new stage of scale: over half a million active daily users, and zero-downtime expectations. As our Platform Engineer, you’ll shape and lead our platform efforts. You’ll be the first senior engineer focused on these topics, building on work currently spread across the team and turning it into a clear, reliable, high-leverage platform that helps everyone ship faster and safer. * Infrastructure & reliability: Own our production infrastructure end-to-end: resilience, capacity, and cost. You'll make our systems more robust as we grow, simplify where it makes sense, and turn infrastructure efficiency into a real business lever — not just an engineering concern. * Observability & incident response: Build the visibility layer that lets us catch problems before users do. You'll centralize logs and alerts across our tools, define what "healthy" looks like, and design an on-call experience that's sustainable — clear signals, fast response, no noise. * Security & access control: Raise the security bar in a way that scales with the team. From access management and secrets handling to compliance work and release hardening — you'll make security a natural part of how we ship, not a checkpoint at the end. * Developer experience & release quality: Treat engineering workflows as a product. You'll improve how we build, test, and release — making the right way the easy way, and giving teams the confidence that what they ship is solid before it reaches users. * AI-powered internal tooling: Help shape how we use AI internally: automation, agents, and tooling that multiply the execution capacity of every team. You'll contribute to a real shift in how we work — not by replacing engineers, but by removing the friction that slows them down. * Technical leadership: Define the platform roadmap, align stakeholders, and lead cross-team initiatives end-to-end. Bring structure and mentorship so platform practices become shared — not heroic individual efforts. 👀 WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Experience: 5+ years of software engineering experience, with significant time spent on platform, infrastructure, or reliability at scale. You've operated at a senior or staff level and you're ready to be the first dedicated owner of these topics. * Production reliability & scale: Strong track record operating and evolving production systems (observability, incident response, scalability, reliability patterns) in environments with real traffic and high expectations. * DevOps & automation mindset: You consistently improve how engineers ship—CI/CD, releases, automation, tooling—and you care about fast feedback loops and day-to-day developer productivity. * Strong software engineering foundations: You are a strong engineer first — you write clean, testable, maintainable code and bring that rigor to platform work. You're comfortable rolling up your sleeves and contributing directly to the codebase when needed, and you see that as a natural part of the job. * Cost/performance tradeoffs: You're comfortable making pragmatic architectural decisions that balance reliability, latency, and cloud costs, with a clear focus on impact. * Security fundamentals: You have solid infrastructure security basics (permissions/IAM, secrets, least privilege, hardening). You don't need to be a full-time security specialist, but you know how to raise the baseline. * Cloud & modern infrastructure: Experience with AWS (we run a server-less setup) or equivalent; familiarity with IaC and modern deployment patterns is a strong plus. * Product-minded: Strong sensitivity to user experience, performance metrics, and real-world usage at scale. * Problem solver: Comfortable working in complex, evolving codebases, with the patience and pragmatism to improve them incrementally. * Collaboration & influence: You communicate clearly, raise the bar through reviews and mentorship, and partner well with engineers and product stakeholders. * Languages: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. French is not required. 💎 OUR PERKS (Some of the benefits listed below are available to full-time positions only) At Joko, we believe that flexibility and trust are essential. Our work environment reflects this through: * Flexible remote : If you live in Paris, you can choose to work from our office or from home with no constraints. If you live elsewhere, we can provide access to a coworking space and a coworking budget. * Work from anywhere : Want to spend a month in Italy while working? You can work from most countries in the world for up to 3 months per year. On top of that, we offer plenty of perks: * 💸 Top-market compensation * 📈 Equity for everyone with the chance to own a piece of what you build * 🤖 Half-day each week dedicated to leveling up with AI by exploring new tools, iterating hard, and sharpening your skills * 🌴 Yearly offsite in amazing locations and budget for team-building events & monthly in-person gatherings * 💪 Contribution to your ClassPass subscription * 🍼 8-week leave paid 100% for the second parent * …and much more, check the full list here! 🤝 OUR HIRING PROCESS 1. Intro call: Quick screening with the Hiring Manager or the Talent team. 2. Step 1 – Team interview (45 min): Conversation with two Joko team members (could include the Hiring Manager, people from the team you’d join, or colleagues from other teams). 3. Step 2 – Role-specific assessments * For non-engineering roles: A take-home case study followed by a 45-min interview. We assess both your output and how you think in real time. The exercise will be relevant to your role (e.g. analysis, strategy, or process design). * For engineering roles: A 90-min live technical interview on CoderPad covering code understanding, review, system design, and product thinking (with AI serving as a collaboration tool). 4. Step 3 – Leadership interview (45 min): Conversation with a SteerCo member and a Founder. 5. References: Up to 3 calls with former colleagues or managers. ☕ You may also be invited for coffee with team members to get a feel for our culture.
HEALTH CAN’T WAIT. Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t. Alan exists to end the wait. Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way. So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience. We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR. Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 800+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond. MARKETING OPS IS ONE OF ALAN'S HIGHEST-LEVERAGE FUNCTIONS. It sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, data, and technology — turning systems into growth engines and ensuring every touchpoint with prospects and members is timely, relevant, and scalable. Alan is growing fast across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. But today we're leaving value on the table. On the prospect side, we drive more traffic but can't convert it properly: no scoring, no intelligent routing, no nurturing that adapts to buying intent. On the member side, messaging is one of our primary touchpoints for engagement, retention, and trust — yet nobody operates it strategically. Personalization stays shallow, communication pressure goes unmonitored, and shipping a message often means filing an engineering ticket. We need Marketing Ops leaders who can architect scalable systems, operate them strategically, and progressively embed AI into workflows — to raise quality, reduce manual execution, and unlock growth without scaling headcount linearly. ⭐️ THE MARKETING OPS JOB ⭐️ We are hiring two Marketing Operations Managers, each embedded in a different crew: * Growth Infrastructure — focused on prospect acquisition: building a unified lead engine that captures, scores, routes, and nurtures across all channels * Product Platform — focused on member lifecycle messaging: operating Alan's messaging stack as a scalable service across 1.7M+ profiles Both roles share the same DNA: strong marketing ops fundamentals, data fluency, a product mindset, and the ability to be both hands-on and strategic. Crew placement will be determined based on the candidate's experience, interests, and fit during the hiring process. Why is this role interesting? * Speed: marketing, product, and sales teams ship campaigns and messages confidently — Marketing Ops turns bottlenecks into force multipliers across every crew * Trust: clean data, governed attributes, proper segmentation, and enforced rules mean the right person gets the right message at the right time * Scale: as we grow to millions of members across multiple countries, we need operators who keep our platforms clean and the user experience protected — without scaling headcount linearly * AI at the frontier: this isn't a maintenance role — you'll identify high-priority use cases for AI agents, train and refine them to a senior marketer's quality bar, and drive real adoption What will you do with us? You'll be a partnership with marketers — not a service desk. You'll partner closely with engineers, data, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders (PMMs, sales, growth, product) within a PM-Tech duo crew model. Regardless of crew, you will own a core set of capabilities: * Marketing Automation & CRM: own and optimize our marketing stack (Customer.io, CRM integrations); build automations that enable marketers to launch campaigns independently, at scale, across all geos * Data Model & Governance: maintain CRM data quality, attribute/event design, and database hygiene as a sustained practice * Segmentation & Lifecycle Design: design and maintain lifecycle stages, segmentation logic, routing rules, and re-engagement flows across multiple audiences and geos * Nurturing Infrastructure: own the nurturing stack and campaign processes; make launches autonomous and compliant * AI-First Operations: identify, build, and refine AI agents for email copywriting, lead scoring, next-best-action recommendations, and content generation — making marketers AI-powered, not replacing them * Performance Monitoring: track the full funnel from first touchpoint to conversion; identify leakage and prioritize from data * Documentation & Enablement: create playbooks, train teams on tools and processes, reduce the marginal cost of new campaigns Then, depending on your crew: Growth Infrastructure — you'll build a unified lead engine (no more tool-by-tool silos), design lead scoring and routing models, crack multi-channel activation (email, WhatsApp, Voice AI), build AI agents that pre-qualify and enrich leads, and maintain a live feedback loop with BDRs, AEs, and Inbound Sales. Product Platform — you'll operate Customer.io and back-end triggered emails as one governed system, monitor communication pressure and enforce channel rules, define and enforce recipient lifecycle paths, drive 100% Design Studio adoption, and co-own outbound messaging strategy with PMMs and product teams. By your first year, we'll know it worked when: * At least one AI agent is in production on a key use case (email nurturing, lead categorization, content generation), with a second scoped or live, and adoption is real * Any marketer or product Alaner can launch a campaign or ship a message without bottlenecking through ops or engineering * CRM data model, attributes, and segments are properly owned, documented, and clean — the data we see is data we can act on * Every contact has a documented path through our messaging — segmentation is sharp, messaging is relevant, and pressure is monitored * Marketing's contribution to acquisition and engagement is visible and quantifiable, from first touch to conversion ⭐️ IS IT YOU WE ARE LOOKING FOR? ⭐️ You'll be a great fit for this opportunity if you: * Have 5+ years in Marketing operations, growth ops, CRM ops, lifecycle marketing, or lead generation in a tech environment (B2B, B2C, or B2B2C) * Have hands-on experience managing marketing automation platforms at scale (Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce, or equivalent) * Have a strong understanding of CRM data models — attribute/event design and data hygiene as a sustained practice * Can frame and implement processes for lead scoring, nurturing, segmentation, and personalization * Have a product knack: you can define what's not working, identify what to build next, and see problems as opportunities to bring more value * Bring data fluency and analytical rigor: you read platform and campaign data, surface anomalies, and draw business insights * Can be both hands-on and think strategically — you drive the big picture while staying close to execution * Have strong stakeholder management skills — you'll partner daily with engineering, product, sales, and marketing teams * Can manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment * Communicate with excellent written and spoken English * Are impact-driven with a strong bias towards improving processes For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the C0-D level range. * * Transport. Country-specific commuter benefits. * Learning & Training opportunities. A highly flexible Training policy free books and budget to attend and speak at conferences if the opportunity arises. * Personal growth through coaching: At Alan, coaching isn't just a perk - ****it's core to who we are. Every Alaner is paired with a dedicated coach from day one, who helps maximize their impact, nurture engagement, and navigate Alan's values to develop their full potential. Learn more about our coaching culture. * Parental leave. Extended parental leave for all new parents. IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES. If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply as it can only bring learnings or success. If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements? Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist. We'll be thrilled to receive your application! 🔖 Check out our About Alan and Career pages, as well as our Medium, blog and Glassdoor page for more info.
