We have been profitable since 2023, and we are just getting started. Our beliefs: We hire for skills and potential. We want people who experiment without waiting for permission, push AI beyond the obvious, know when to trust it, and when to question it. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Join us as an FP&A Manager to own financial performance across Qonto's Product, Tech, and Ops departments, partnering directly with senior stakeholders to drive strategic decisions and optimize how we allocate resources across the business. You will report to Emmanuel Le Feuvre, our Lead FP&A Central Functions. This is a high-ownership role at the center of a team actively building new financial tools that are reshaping how FP&A works at Qonto. ➡️ What you'll do Be the financial partner to Product, Tech, and Ops leaders: you are the primary counterpart to senior stakeholders, challenging assumptions, questioning where money goes, and pushing teams to sharper decisions. This is the core of the role. Turn analysis into decisions: own the financial view of your scope and translate it into a clear recommendation, not just a report. Support the strategic initiatives of your business partners through the year. The output is a better decision, not a cleaner number. Automate the rest: reporting, dashboards, and forecasting cadences are moving to AI agents and internal tooling. You will lead deploying those for your scope, so your time goes to partnering and judgment rather than manual production. Cross-functional coordination: Manage multiple concurrent work streams across different departments, with full accountability for delivery — no hand-holding, no waiting for direction. ➡️ What we're looking for FP&A or controlling depth: 5–7 years in FP&A or finance consulting — ideally in SaaS, tech, or fintech. Business partner mindset: You influence decisions, not just inform them. You know how to push back on a stakeholder. Project ownership from zero: You've built processes or owned projects from scratch without a template to follow. Financial modeling and data fluency: You are comfortable building financial models that non-finance stakeholders can use. You are mastering Gsheet/Excel with Code, SQL or BI as a plus. Clear, structured communication: You can translate complex financial analysis into a sharp analysis for a senior audience — and you know the difference between useful insight and noise. ➡️ What we can offer you Front-row seat to Qonto's growth: You'll work directly with leaders across Product, Tech, and Ops, giving you visibility into strategic decision-making at a company scaling across European markets. A team building, not maintaining: You'll join Emmanuel's team at a moment when new AI agent tools and internal systems are actively being deployed. You'll shape how FP&A works at Qonto going forward, not inherit how it worked before. Ownership from day one: You'll take projects from conception to completion with real autonomy — no unnecessary layers of sign-off slowing you down. Paris-based team with strong HM proximity: The team is Paris-based, which means face-to-face collaboration on the projects that require it and a short feedback loop with Emmanuel. ➡️ Your future manager Your manager will be Emmanuel Le Feuvre, our Lead FP&A Central Function His background? Emmanuel started his finance career at AXA Partners US before moving to Wakam, where he built strong expertise in financial planning and OPEX management. What does he bring to the team? Emmanuel is known for turning financial data into strategic insight, not just reporting. Working with him means getting genuine exposure to how financial analysis shapes organizational decisions — and being pushed to do the same.
