future in the new millennium. We want to drive this change and create a digital platform for a new type of outpatient care. So
that what really counts comes back into focus: the doctor-patient relationship. If you also believe in the positive power of
technology to renew outpatient care — then join us as our next Product Owner!

DAS SIND WIR: Patient21 is a fast-growing health-tech company building software solutions for dental practices across Germany. We combine a SaaS product suite used by hundreds of practices with an expanding network of our own dental clinics — which means our marketing spans B2B software acquisition and B2C patient growth at the same time. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own our paid media strategy and execution across channels. You will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing campaigns that drive both software leads and clinical patient acquisition — with the autonomy to build towards a scalable, data-driven acquisition engine. This is a hands-on role with strategic scope. You will work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Sales departments, as well as the clinics themselves. You will have visibility into the full-funnel performance. WIR BIETEN DIR: * Ownership of a meaningful paid media budget with direct business impact * Access to a dedicated BI team and clean data infrastructure — so your decisions are grounded in numbers, not guesswork * A collaborative, low-bureaucracy environment where good ideas move fast * Room to grow as the team and company scale * Option to work from home AUFGABEN: * Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other relevant platforms * Own budget management, pacing, and performance reporting across channels * Develop testing frameworks for creative, copy, audiences, and landing pages * Setup and maintain clean tracking and attribution across campaigns (GA4, pixels, UTMs) * Translate performance data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders * Stay ahead of platform changes, industry trends, and new channel opportunities * Collaborate with internal teams on creative briefs, landing pages, and campaign strategy QUALIFIKATION: * 2–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally in a SaaS or digital health environment * Strong command of Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display) and Meta Ads * Solid understanding of tracking, attribution, and marketing analytics * Data-driven mindset with the ability to communicate results clearly to non-technical stakeholders * Native or near-native German — you write copy, you know the market * Comfortable working independently and managing priorities in a fast-moving environment * A bias for experimentation and iteration — you're always testing something, whether it's a new bidding strategy, an automation, or a smarter workflow * Bonus: experience running multi-location or local campaigns, ideally across a distributed network of physical sites
DAS SIND WIR: Patient21 is a fast-growing dental SaaS company on a mission to modernize the way dental practices manage their patient relationships and workflows. This is a hands-on role with a high degree of ownership. You will set your own goals, measure your own success and work autonomously to make it happen. ANGEBOT: * A meaningful role with real impact in a growing HealthTech company * Fully remote position based in Egypt, with occasional on-site visits to our offices (travel expenses covered) * Flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths * Flexibility in how and where you work * A collaborative, international team * The tools and budget you need to do your best work * Remote work opportunity AUFGABEN: * Own and manage our HubSpot CRM: pipelines, contact management, segmentation, sequences and reporting * Design and execute email marketing campaigns, onboarding flows and lifecycle communications * Create compelling content for automated workflows across all channels (e-mail, SMS, in-app messages) and nurture sequences * Build and maintain automation workflows that reduce manual effort and improve customer experience * Report on performance with clear, data-driven insights * Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success and Product * Continuously test, iterate and optimize campaigns based on data WAS BRINGST DU MIT: * 2+ years of experience in a CRM, marketing automation or lifecycle marketing role * Hands-on experience with common CRM tools (workflows, sequences, reporting, pipelines) * Strong content creation skills — you can write clear, engaging copy that converts * Confident and skilled use (of established) AI tools * Fluent in English (written and spoken) * Highly self-directed: you don't wait to be told what to measure — you define it yourself * Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable decisions Nice to have: * Experience with HubSpot * Experience with additional automation tools (eg Make, Zapier, n8n, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce) * German language skills — a genuine plus given our market * Background in SaaS, HealthTech or a B2B environment * Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization
