It offers a dynamic and welcoming environment where our employees can connect and network with a large community of tech professionals.    THE ROLE  As Finance Application Specialist, you will support the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the company’s financial reporting, planning and consolidation systems. You will be involved in the end-to-end lifecycle of system projects, from design and development to deployment, ensuring data integrity, process optimization, and alignment across global financial modules. Acting as a link between business and technical teams, you will help troubleshoot system issues, manage configurations, and contribute to the delivery of accurate, efficient, and reliable financial data solutions.    WHAT YOU'LL DO  Support on the implementation of new projects cooperating on all different phases of a project, design, develop and deploy Ensure and maintain data integrity and alignment between the global financial planning and consolidation modules (configuration, test, reconciliation, production vs. quality) Maintenance and administration of SAP BPC, specifically: Dimensions and Models, Teams and Task Profiles, Data Access Profiles and Work Status Interface with technical teams, business and support partner to resolve issues Manage incident, problem, and change management tracking processes Identify, manage and resolve common system issues Identify system processes to optimize, re-design and implement new changes in the system Train End Users as needed on system processes   WHO YOU ARE Degree in IT, Business OR similar Previous experience of HFM and/or Hyperion Essbase/Planning or SAP BPC would be an advantage Experience in document processes and procedures Commitment to quality and excellent customer service to end users Capable of successfully multi-tasking while working independently or within a group environment Capable of working well under pressure while dealing with unexpected problems in a professional manner Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills Fluent in English, both written and spoken is mandatory    REWARDS & BENEFITS Employee Pension Scheme Flexible Benefits Program Health Insurance & Critical Illness cover Flexible work environment- Hybrid Model (3 days a week from the office, 2 days from home)   EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES STATEMENT FARFETCH is committed to being an inclusive workplace where diversity in all its forms is celebrated. Application Specialist – Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Junior) About the role As an Application Specialist, you will support the implementation and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 together with experienced colleagues. You will combine your technical interest with an understanding of business processes and work closely with business users, Product Owners and project team members to deliver successful D365 implementations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience who wants to develop within Dynamics 365 in an international environment. Responsibilities Support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 together with your squad and Implementation Manager. Configure D365 modules according to defined business requirements and project scope. Support integration activities together with senior team members. Document market-specific configurations and implementation decisions. Collaborate closely with business users to understand requirements and provide support. Prepare and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Participate in cutover planning and go-live activities. Deliver end-user training and support the "train-the-trainer" approach. Support data migration activities, including data preparation, validation and loading using standard D365 tools. Contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
