As a Customs Intern, you will be part of a team responsible for preparing customs documentation for Western Europe. The purpose of
this role is to ensure smooth and compliant transport of goods crossing international borders.
You will support the preparation of customs documentation required by the European Union regulations, including not only customs
declarations but also various supporting documents necessary for import, export, and transit procedures. The role focuses on
ensuring compliance with the Union Customs Code and supporting DFDS customs operations.
This internship is especially suitable for students or candidates who are available to work in the afternoons (between 12:00 and
22:00), occasionally Saturdays (between 12:00 and 20:00) and want to gain practical experience in an international logistics and
customs environment.

About the Role: As a Student Assistant in our Record-to-Report (RtR) Department, you will support daily accounting and financial reporting activities while gaining hands-on experience in a global finance environment. Working closely with experienced team members, you will contribute to month-end closing, financial data analysis, process improvement initiatives, and finance projects, helping to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of RtR operations. Your main tasks will include: * Assisting with month-end closing activities (journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations) * Validating and analyzing financial data to ensure reporting accuracy * Supporting intercompany invoice processing and costing * Helping improve and streamline accounting and financial reporting procedures * Updating internal financial documentation * Participating in finance projects to optimize departmental processes We're looking for students (preferably part-time) who: * Are available to work min. 30-35 hours per week both during and after the holidays. * Are currently studying Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field * Demonstrate strong accuracy and attention to detail * Have solid working knowledge of MS Excel * Enjoy working in teams and collaborating with others * Are confident using English (both spoken and written) and Polish (min B2) * Bring a positive attitude and a good sense of humor :) What We Offer: * Contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie) for a period of 3 or 6 months (with the possibility of extension and transition to a full-time employment contract) * Valuable work experience in a multinational company * Opportunities to discover your career path and grow within the finance field * Practical, hands-on knowledge to support your studies * Flexible schedule to fit around your studies * Monthly salary for your work and commitment * Scandinavian work culture our company values equality, teamwork, and a healthy work-life balance.
