Your impact
You will be the architect of Mollie’s success in the Czech Republic, acting as our first dedicated Business Development Manager
for this high-potential market. We are a leader in Western Europe, but in the Czech Republic, we are the challenger. Your mission
is to establish our brand, win over small and mid-market merchants, and prove that our unified API is the superior choice for
local businesses looking to scale internationally.
This is a true "hunter" role where you will own your territory and strategy. Working as a vital member of our CEE Pod, you’ll
navigate the unique nuances of the local e-commerce landscape—from local payment preferences to specific merchant needs. You’ll be
the face of Mollie in the region, turning cold leads into long-term partners and setting the foundation for our long-term growth
in the Czech market.

YOUR ROLE As a Working Student in Sales, you will support the Central Europe Sales team in driving both client retention and new business development across Poland, Romania, Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Croatia/Slovenia. Working closely with the Head of Central Europe Sales and the team, you will contribute to key commercial initiatives and gain hands-on exposure to the full sales lifecycle. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Monitor market developments and key events affecting Interbank and Corporate Treasury clients across Poland, Romania, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Croatia, and Slovenia. * Build and manage a pipeline of regional prospects through research, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and first-contact activities. * Coordinate introductory meetings and follow-up with prospective clients. * Execute client communication campaigns using 360T's standard Salesforce templates. * Support client onboarding by driving test account activation, platform adoption, and user engagement. * Organize client and prospect events across the CEE region, primarily targeting interbank clients, with future expansion to corporate clients. Stakeholder & Change Management * Ensures effective communication across departments and leadership to align expectations * Owns the management of the change process, including documentation, training, and rollout strategies * Drives collaboration between product, engineering, and operations to balance technical feasibility and operational needs WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR * 7+ years of experience in product management, operations, or logistics * Proven ability to lead multiple parallel projects and cross-functional teams * Experience managing Product Owners or project teams in a high-growth environment. * Strong understanding of warehouse automation, last-mile logistics, or supply chain operations. * Deep expertise in process design, Lean, Six Sigma, and operational efficiency methodologies. * Ability to analyze large datasets to drive decision-making and performance improvements. * Strong stakeholder management skills – ability to work with Engineering, Operations, and Leadership. * Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and working in an iterative environment. * Advanced English (C1+), German or Czech is an advantage. * Willingness to travel up to 30-50% to operational sites.
