Oddin.gg is the global leader in esports data science and the fastest-growing tech company in Central Europe (Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Winner, 2024 & 2025). We deliver a comprehensive B2B esports betting ecosystem — including an odds feed, robust risk management, a powerful iFrame solution, and 24/7 live content — empowering industry partners like ESPNbet, Betano, Stake, Betway, OpenBet, and Softswiss. With a team of 250+ people across the Czech Republic, Europe, and Asia, we're building the future of esports betting. About the Role We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead product for our eSimulators (eSims) team — a group of mathematicians who build and maintain the models behind Oddin's studio-based 24/7 betting content. eSims features real players competing head-to-head in titles like eFootball, eBasketball, eCricket, eTouchdown, and CS2/Dota 2 Duels, generating 250,000+ matchups annually with 800+ markets available at any time. The mathematical challenges are significant: pricing models, market correlation, BetBuilder combinatorics, player-pair balancing, and margin optimization all require deep quantitative reasoning. You don't need to be a mathematician — but you need to earn the respect of one. Mathematical and quantitative thinking is a hard requirement for this role, not a nice-to-have. The ideal candidate has a credible mathematical or quantitative background, a sharp product instinct for B2B products, and the strategic depth to connect model quality to commercial outcomes. What You Will Do Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for the eSims product area, directly tied to company OKRs and revenue goals Partner daily with a team of mathematicians to translate complex model improvements into prioritized, scoped product initiatives with clear success criteria Diagnose model performance issues (margin variance, player-pair imbalances, market correlation gaps) and frame them as product problems with measurable outcomes Make high-stakes prioritization decisions — balancing model quality improvements, new title expansion, operator requests, and team capacity Navigate the deepen vs. expand tension: when to fix existing titles vs. when to launch new ones, and how to align commercial, trading, and math team stakeholders around that call Mentor junior PMs and elevate the broader product team's standards — coaching on prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and quantitative reasoning Actively use AI tools (e.g. Claude, Gemini, Codex) in strategy work, discovery, and collaboration with the math team — we are an AI-first company and expect a senior-level point of view on where AI helps and where it doesn't Who You Are 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead PM role Credible mathematical or quantitative background — academic, professional, or both; you can reason about probability, correlation, margin variance, and model trade-offs without being intimidated Strong mathematical thinker — you approach problems with quantitative rigor, can interrogate model assumptions, set measurable acceptance criteria for model improvements, and translate statistical concepts into product decisions Proven track record working alongside highly technical or quantitative specialists (data scientists, mathematicians, quants) Strong strategic thinker: you connect business objectives to product initiatives and can articulate a compelling vision for a product area you own Deep experience in B2B product management — you understand that your customer is an operator, and you think carefully about the interplay between operator needs and end-bettor experience Sophisticated AI user: not just productivity shortcuts, but embedded AI usage in strategy, discovery, and technical collaboration — and a clear view on where AI isn't yet reliable Excellent stakeholder management: comfortable presenting to C-level leadership, aligning mathematicians and commercial teams Nice to Have Knowledge of the esports ecosystem, competitive gaming, and/or online betting industry Experience with real-time data products, odds feeds, pricing models, or risk management platforms Background in platform or B2B product management where the product is largely invisible to the end user Experience scaling products in a hyper-growth startup environment Familiarity with SQL, Python, or BI tools for hands-on data exploration Experience building or mentoring product teams from the ground up
👶 ABOUT JUNIOR We're building cutting-edge LLM-powered tools that supercharge investment research for the world's most demanding deal teams. Our clients include several of the top 10 global private equity firms, Big 4 professional services firms, and leading consulting practices: organisations responsible for deploying billions of dollars annually. We're a profitable, bootstrapped company with a growing team of 47 people based in London and New York. We 10x'd our revenue in 2025 and are on track to grow 2-3x again this year. Junior saves clients an average of 10 hours per week, and we're expanding fast into new verticals including investment banking, hedge funds, and research firms. 👥 OUR USERS Junior’s users are consulting and private equity professionals at global strategy firms, boutique M&A shops, and independent investment teams—overworked, time‑poor, and highly intelligent. They spend far too much of their day on administrative busywork instead of the high‑impact analysis they were hired to do: juggling dozens of research and diligence calls, wrestling with messy transcripts, hunting down the right quotes, tracking entities across projects, and manually plugging insights into decks—all under brutal deadlines. Junior cuts through that friction by automating call ingestion, transcript cleanup, quote extraction, and insight structuring so they can focus on deep problem‑solving, deal sourcing, and crafting the recommendations that move the needle. 💡 THE ROLE As our fifth Product Designer, you'll have the unique opportunity to: * Ship quickly & work alongside our team of 3 designers * Design and build new modes of working with computers * Work on groundbreaking projects involving LLMs * Collaborate closely with our external partners to fuel our growth * Contribute to product decisions, direction and prioritization 🔧 SAMPLE SET OF PROJECTS * First of a kind human-in-the-loop UI design elements to guide LLMs * AI-driven, auto-filled, hypothesis tracker for investment research * Design & build a mobile app from scratch in 3 weeks * Real-time collaboration tools for consultants and investors 🔥 ABOUT YOU We're looking for a product-minded designer who: * Has exceptional taste and design judgement * Strong product sensibilities * Is based in NYC — we have a huge bias for IRL work * Has experience leading projects end-to-end and taking ideas from conception to execution independently * Is opinionated about their work and eager to contribute to product decisions * Has strong communication skills and a desire for a client-facing role — as a small team, we expect that everyone will be working closely with our external partners * Loves collaborating with engineers—we have a lot more of them than designers * Is curious about AI tools and how they might speed up design-to-code cycles. We love experimentation and encourage it at every level 🌵 BENEFITS All the usual benefits (competitive pay and equity, private healthcare etc). Unusual benefits: * Gym membership * In-office cook * Summers working in Greece by the beach 📩 HOW TO APPLY If you're excited about the opportunity to drive innovation at Junior, we'd love to hear from you! Email us at careers@myjunior.ai with your resume and a brief introduction. Please include: 1. Your portfolio 2. Your resume 3. One thing you would change about our brand. We can't wait to meet you! 🙌
