At this level, you become the day-to-day face of delivery for the client and the go-to owner for a focus topic internally. You guide organizations through defining and scaling their AI strategies, developing high-value (agentic) AI use case portfolios, and building the operating models to bring AI into action. You work closely with our (Technical) AI Strategists, AI Engineers, and adjacent teams such as Enablement & Change and Trustworthy AI, while co-owning the development of unique assets in the Strategy & Transformation space. Your tasks will include: * Own delivery end-to-end: Take full responsibility for project outcomes across all workstreams — scoping, planning, staffing, execution, and risk. Orchestrate multi-workstream engagements, ensure cross-functional alignment, and create clarity for the team in ambiguous situations * Shape AI strategies for our partners: Drive the development and implementation of AI strategies, establish effective AI operating models, and compile high-value (Agentic) AI use case portfolios for DAX and “Mittelstand” clients * Be the trusted partner to senior stakeholders: Manage the full stakeholder landscape, align conflicting agendas, anticipate political dynamics, command attention in C-level meetings, and deliver difficult messages diplomatically — building relationships where you are seen as a partner, not a vendor * Lead and develop high-performing teams: Lead cross-functional project teams (AI Strategists, AI Engineers, and others), assign responsibilities, coach team members, and create teachable moments * Grow accounts and shape proposals: Identify expansion opportunities during delivery (scope adds, next phase), contribute to proposals with meaningful ownership (scope, approach, plan, delivery model, risks), and supply credible sizing, staffing, and timeline options while protecting margin through disciplined scope management * Build depth and become a recognized specialist: Develop a recognized specialization in a topic or industry, design custom approaches for novel client situations, and become the internal go-to owner for your focus area * Co-own and scale our offering: Co-own topics within the Strategy & Transformation team, further develop top-notch assets that allow scaling our offering, and actively share patterns and lessons learned through case shares and reusable assets * Stay at the frontier of AI: Stay up to date with strategic AI questions, state-of-the-art research, and emerging AI capabilities (e.g., AI agents) — translating them into concrete value for our clients DEIN PROFIL * An outstanding academic record in a business- or tech-related subject. * Minimum 6 years of professional experience in Strategy Consulting and/or Management Consulting — with a proventrack recordof owning complex projects end-to-end at the level of senior client stakeholders * Hands-on experience applying AI within companies, combining strategic project management with strong technical expertise and a passion for AI * Business development mindset and strong awareness of stakeholder dynamics — contribute meaningfully to proposals, anticipate political dynamics, and build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders * Excellent communication and presentation skills — translate complex AI topics into business impact for any audience (C-Level, Domain Experts, Operational Teams) and stay composed in fast-paced, ambiguous environments * A team player who develops others, coaches team members, and contributes actively to recruiting, knowledge management, and community-of-practice activities * Fluent English and German skills are required DEINE VORTEILE * A highly qualified and motivated team of ~90 people is on a journey to change the rapidly evolving European AI Landscape * Experience the best of both worlds with our hybrid work model: You can choose to work from our vibrant offices - either at the IPAI in Heilbronn or the House of Communication in Munich - while also enjoying the flexibility to work remotely a few days each week * Opportunity to shape a variety of projects and the development of new, original content based on the latest developments in AI and its adoption in businesses * An atmosphere that encourages to think and experiment in new ways with software, hardware, and processes * A highly visible initiative that helps you build a large and high-level network of start-ups, partners, and tech companies * No fixed budget for growth – you decide how you want to develop, whether through training, certifications, conferences, or new challenges * Sports membership with Wellpass to access thousands of sports facilities all over Germany (and beyond), as well as online courses * JobRad: Lease a bike for a cheaper rate via JobRad and we cover the bike insurance on top * Sabbatical option: You can take a sabbatical of up to 3 months after min. 3 years of employment - because sometimes 30 vacation days are not enough to explore the beauty of this world * PME Familienservice: A 24/7 support for a successful work & life in any life situation. Senior AI Enablement Consultant Location: Central London – Hybrid. Onsite requirements can vary from one customer to another, between 1 to 3 days per week. Full Time, Permanent Salary: £90,000 - £115,000 SC Clearance Requirements: Due to working with a number of government bodies, SC clearance is required for our customer facing teams. You do not need active SC clearance as we will undertake checks upon you joining, but you must be eligible to pass SC clearance. Why you should join us At Cloudscaler, you’ll be part of a consultancy at the forefront of cloud transformation, trusted by government, defence, and enterprise organisations to deliver complex AWS solutions that make a real national impact. From modernising public services to securing critical infrastructure, the work you do will matter far beyond technology. We combine the agility of a startup with the credibility of an AWS Advanced Partner, creating a high-trust, high-performance culture where self-starters thrive and every voice is heard. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and cloud experts, shaping meaningful projects and driving innovation. By joining us, you’ll accelerate your personal and professional development through hands-on experience with cutting-edge cloud solutions. You’ll learn directly from experts while contributing to some of the UK’s most ambitious cloud programmes, gaining exposure and influence you wouldn’t find in a larger consultancy. The Role We are hiring a Senior AI Enablement Consultant to deliver our AI enablement function starting internally, then taking it to our customers through our Enterprise AI Fast Start offering. Our philosophy is simple: happy people are productive people, not the other way round. Most AI rollouts fail because they focus on adoption metrics instead of asking people what’s actually wasting their time. We take the opposite approach. We ask people what annoys them, give them an AI tool, and let them fix it. The research backs this up employees with agency over how AI enters their work adopt it faster, stay longer, and deliver better results. In your first six months, you will embed AI across every department at Cloudscaler (~80 people). You will discover what frustrates our teams, design training seeded by real data, and build AI-powered automations that make measurable differences to how people feel about their work. When you move into customer delivery, you will lead 6–10 week Enterprise AI Fast Start engagements for organisations in regulated sectors backed by real internal results, real happiness data, and real stories rather than theoretical frameworks. This is not a strategy role. You will be in the room with real teams, solving real problems, every week. What You Will Do * Discover what wastes people’s time through structured interviews and pulse data then help them fix it with AI. * Design and deliver AI training tailored to how each team actually works, seeded by real discovery data, not generic “how to prompt” sessions. * Build department-specific AI automations using Claude, including custom Projects, Skills, and MCP integrations. * Run the Weekly AI Pulse tracking happiness, confidence, and new automation opportunities across every engagement. * Create AI playbooks, Skills, Plugins, onboarding content, and training modules for graduates and experienced hires. * Lead Enterprise AI Fast Start engagements for enterprise customers 6–10 weeks from discovery to handover. * Manage the MCP Evaluation Pipeline: assessing, governing, and deploying AI integrations with the right security and governance. * Build champions networks that sustain AI adoption beyond any single engagement. * Contribute to thought leadership and pre-sales grounded in real delivery experience and real data. What We Are Looking For You will have: * Broad professional experience across multiple business functions, you understand how different teams operate and where the friction is. * Experience designing and delivering training or enablement to enterprise audiences. * Strong facilitation skills you are comfortable in front of a room with large groups. * Hands-on, daily experience with generative AI tools you are the person others ask for help. * Empathy and the interpersonal skills to understand how people genuinely feel about their work not just what they say in a group setting. * An instinct for process improvement, you see frustration and immediately think about how to fix it. * The ability to work autonomously in a new function without an established playbook. Bonus points for: * Experience with Anthropic Claude (Teams or Enterprise). * Familiarity with AWS, particularly Amazon Bedrock. * Background in business analysis, change management, or L&D. * Experience in regulated sectors. * Experience building Skills, Plugins, or reusable AI assets. Interview Process 1. Screening call with our Talent Acquisition team 2. 1st Interview - 30 minute virtual interview with Hiring Manager 3. 2nd Interview - 60 minute virtual interview with members of the team 4. 3rd Interview - 60 minute in person interview with members of our hiring and Senior Leadership Team Cloudscaler are proud to be an equal opportunity employer, committed to equal opportunities regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ancestry, age, marital status, disability, parental status, religion or medical history.
