About the Role
As the Head of AMER Sales, you will own all sales responsibility across major segments at Miro, leading the continued evolution
from a collaboration tool into an AI-powered Innovation Workspace used by the world’s most dynamic companies.
You will be responsible for expanding and acquiring new logos across Commercial, Enterprise, and Strategic segments by leading,
developing, and enabling a high-performing team of 60+ sellers and leaders. You will join a highly motivated, fast-moving sales
organization focused on driving meaningful customer outcomes — helping organizations transform how they collaborate, align, and
innovate.
The Head of AMER Sales is an ambitious, systems-oriented leader who will play a critical role in shaping and executing Miro’s
go-to-market strategy. You will build and scale a repeatable, signal-driven revenue engine, leveraging product usage, customer
insights, and AI to drive consistent pipeline generation, expansion, and long-term customer value.
You will challenge customers to rethink how work gets done — positioning Miro not just as a tool, but as a platform that
accelerates decision-making, unlocks cross-functional alignment, and drives business outcomes.

About the role We have a rapidly growing proprietary dataset generated by our 500,000+ users, and the AI industry is starving for exactly this kind of high-quality, human-generated data. Your job is to go sell it to them. As the Head of ML demand generation, you are the tip of the spear for our revenue engine. You are an adept Go-To-Market leader capable of engaging in both technical and business conversations at the highest levels of an organization, pitching directly to CTOs, CFOs, and Lead ML Researchers. You will own the full customer journey from initial awareness and licensing to customer success and follow-on expansion. Your analytical nature means you bias toward winning business by proving exactly how a client's model performance and business objectives benefit from partnering with Neon. You will also lead cross-functional efforts, acting as the bridge between our customers and our product and engineering teams to align what we build with what you sell. You have… * Authorization to work in the US. * Elite enterprise execution. You have a proven track record handling yearly quotas of $2M+ and closing complex, annual contracts in the $250k to $3M+ range * Deep AI fluency & technical background. You possess a deep understanding of the AI landscape. You can comfortably talk shop about pre-training, post-training, fine-tuning (SFT), APIs, and model evaluations. Previous experience as a sales engineer or a technical educational background is highly valued * The "Hunter" DNA. You are relentless. You know how to independently identify high-probability customers and high-value verticals, map out complex organizations, and find the actual economic buyer * Complex deal navigation. You are completely comfortable driving deals through the grueling legal, privacy, and procurement reviews that come with selling high-volume datasets to massive tech companies * Cross-functional leadership. You are ready to build the foundation for revenue and customer success from the ground up, with the ability to eventually manage dedicated resources (AEs, SDRs, CS) to deliver on the GTM plan you develop Bonus points * A massive AI rolodex. You already have deep relationships and trust with technical buyers at top frontier AI labs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, etc.) or major enterprise AI teams * Data licensing expertise. Deep familiarity with modern AI data licensing structures * Startup agility. Role Mission You are Valiantys’ global owner of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Developer Experience (DevEx) practice. Your mandate is to drive the professional services business capability in this space - from market positioning and thought leadership through to the creation of unique, high-value offerings and the systematic uplift of regional delivery quality. You don't just understand SDLC and DevEx: you know how to build a growing, profitable practice around them. Operating as part of the global Solutions leadership team, you will translate Valiantys’ deep Atlassian and DevOps expertise combined with AI agentic capability to merge into packaged, sellable solutions - and then drive their adoption across EMEA, NoAM, and APAC. You will work hand in glove with Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and Managed Services, bringing the commercial acuity and executive gravitas to turn domain expertise into scalable business growth. This role is central to Valiantys’ ambition to become the leading AI Enterprise Orchestrator. You will help organizations connect people, processes, platforms, and AI agents across the software delivery lifecycle. You will shape the solutions and capabilities that support this vision, playing a key role in achieving our target in Next Generation revenue by 2027 while driving innovation, growth, and customer value at a global scale. Location Global - North America (East Coast) preferred, UK or France will be considered Team & Organization Structure You will build and lead a network of regional SDLC/DevEx Practice Leads across EMEA, NoAM, and APAC. Working closely with senior regional team members and regional field marketing, you will drive a global change programme that systematically uplifts practice standards, delivery quality, and asset reuse. This is a builder role. You are defining the offering catalogue, creating the IP, establishing delivery standards, and developing the practitioner community that will determine how Valiantys competes and wins in this space for the next decade. You will elevate peers throughout the Solutions & Product team and the broader company through knowledge sharing, mentorship, and the quality of the assets you create. Core Pillars of This Practice You will define, package, and drive growth across the following SDLC/DevEx solution domains: DevOps & CI/CD Modernization: Help enterprise clients design and implement modern delivery pipelines - from code to production - leveraging Atlassian’s toolchain (Jira Software, Bitbucket, Compass) and adjacent DevOps platforms to accelerate velocity and reduce release risk.

Putting audience and market insight at the centre of decision-making to drive meaningful outcomes such as revenue growth, client acquisition, and increased market share. * Overseeing the day-to-day operations for cross-sector marketing, maintaining a smooth workflow, monitoring budgets, and driving timely and proactive delivery of outputs. * Analysing marketing performance, assessing success, and providing actionable recommendations to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and contribute to future planning. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE * CIM Diploma qualification or equivalent (or strong working knowledge of CIM principles preferred). * Further professional certifications such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and/or data-driven marketing platforms are a plus. * Demonstrated success in crafting marketing campaigns nd selecting innovative, data-driven tactics to drive business growth, enhance customer engagement, and achieve sales pipeline objectives. * Experience in B2B marketing operations, with a proven ability to design and deliver impactful campaigns that achieve measurable business outcomes. * Experience in Professional Services, with knowledge of the market and familiarity with sector-specific challenges. * Comfortable with marketing analytics tools and platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, Google Analytics, or equivalent, using data to evaluate campaign performance and optimise marketing impact. * Able to balance strategic focus with detailed execution—taking projects from concept to completion with thorough planning, organisation, and attention to detail. * Self-driven and results-oriented, capable of independently managing time and priorities while balancing short-term delivery needs with longer-term growth objectives. * Professional, personable, client-focused, and highly adept at building rapport while influencing others to drive outcomes and make an impact.
