Responsibilities: * Leads efforts within the organization to drive the development and maintenance of data services and solutions to support products, downstream services, or infrastructure tools and platforms used across BEES. * Design efficient data models and understand concepts such as normalization, denormalization, and dimensional modeling. * Implement improvements in architecture and processes to improve the performance, monitoring, and evolution of data products. * Develop and maintain data ingestion, processing, control/security, and data provisioning processes for different consumers (services, front-end, among others). * Contribute to obtaining knowledge in the business context and creating new data products to meet their strategic and operational needs. Requirements and qualifications: * Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Development Analysis or similar; * Advanced English; * Assess scalability, reliability, security, and compliance implications of data pipeline designs. * Understand cloud computing platforms and services offered by providers like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. * Evaluate programming solutions in Python, PySpark, Scala, and SQL for data processing and analysis. * Evaluate data quality processes and controls to ensure accuracy and completeness. * Apply debugging techniques to identify and resolve cross-module issues. * Implement monitoring, alerting, and failure handling mechanisms in architecture designs. * Assess effectiveness of CI/CD principles and practices in automated pipelines. * Design, develop, and maintain APIs for data exchange between applications. * Apply Agile practices to plan, execute, and deliver data engineering tasks and projects. About the role: We are hiring someone to lead global data products for Route to Market & Contact Strategy, helping define the most effective strategy for frontline sales teams in BEES-enabled markets and driving commercial performance. This person will be responsible for connecting business strategy, data engineering, data science and analytics to build scalable solutions that optimize how the frontline serves customers. The scope includes initiatives such as POC Segmentation, ideal visit frequency, ideal visit day, route execution, POC attributes, BDR productivity KPIs and foundational RTM data assets. A successful candidate combines strong analytical and technical background with product leadership, agile delivery, stakeholder management and the ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams. What you'll do: * Lead the global data product strategy for RTM & Contact Strategy. * Manage a multidisciplinary team of Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Data Analysts. * Structure and prioritize the squad roadmap, backlog, discovery, and delivery routines using agile methodologies. * Develop and evolve data products, including Score 5, POC Segmentation, Ideal Visit Frequency, Ideal Visit Day, Effective Route, Missing Routes, and global POC attribute databases. * Ensure data pipeline quality, scalability, documentation, monitoring, and governance. * Translate business needs into actionable data products for countries, partners, and global teams. * Define, monitor, and communicate success KPIs related to frontline performance, BDR productivity, coverage, execution, and commercial efficiency. * Partner closely with senior leadership, business teams, technology, commercial operations, countries, and external partners. * Identify opportunities to improve service models, considering local market dynamics, customer segments, costs and business value. As a member of the BEES Fintech Data Science team, you will develop data-driven solutions for credit risk, underwriting, portfolio optimization, pricing, and decisioning systems that operate at scale and directly impact real-time credit decisions. What you'll do: * Be part of a high-impact fintech data science team building ABIs credit models, credit decisioning systems, and ML-powered infrastructure that drive billions of dollars in credit transactions annually for millions of users worldwide. * Design, develop, and deploy statistical and machine learning models across the full lifecycle — from research and experimentation to production — with a focus on credit risk, underwriting, portfolio optimization, and experimentation. * Write a substantial amount of production-grade code while conducting deep analytical and statistical research, translating theory into practical improvements in live credit systems. * Lead and contribute to experimentation and model evaluation (offline analysis, simulations, and online tests), ensuring models are robust, explainable, and aligned with regulatory, risk, and business constraints. * Work with industry-leading technologies and modern ML platforms, building scalable modeling and data workflows that operate reliably at global scale. * Collaborate closely with exceptional engineers, product managers, analysts, and business stakeholders. * Continuously explore and adopt state-of-the-art methods in statistics, machine learning, and optimization, raising the technical bar and shaping best practices across the fintech data science organization.
