engineers who build and operate GitLab's revenue infrastructure.
This role is ideal for a seasoned product leader who has deep Quote-to-Cash or Finance domain knowledge, thrives at the
intersection of business strategy and technical execution, and is energized by mentoring high-performing teams through complex,

You'll be joining the Revenue Lifecycle & Finance Systems team within GitLab's Enterprise Technology Architecture organization.
Our team is responsible for the systems and processes that power GitLab's entire revenue lifecycle—from configure-price-quote
through contract execution, billing, revenue recognition, and financial close.
We are in an exciting and demanding phase: transitioning GitLab's go-to-market from a pure subscription model toward
consumption-based offerings while simultaneously modernizing our core platforms. This role will be central to shaping how that
evolution happens—and how the team grows in capability and product maturity alongside it.
Please note that we welcome interest from candidates with varying levels of experience; many successful candidates do not meet
every single requirement. Additionally, studies have shown that people from underrepresented groups are less likely to apply to a
job unless they meet every single qualification. If you're excited about this role, please apply and allow our recruiters to
assess your application.

THE FINANCE FUNCTION IS BROKEN. Finance teams at fast-growing, multi-entity companies are outgrowing their single-entity ledgers and facing a familiar crossroads: bolt on more tools, or go full corporate ERP. Neither option is good. The Frankenstack breaks. The ERP weighs you down with implementation fees and consultants. There has to be a better, more AI native way. There is. It's Light. Light is building an AI-native financial platform for modern companies. Fast to implement, intuitive to use, and designed to get smarter over time. We call it organic software. Companies like Legora, Lovable, and Fuse Energy already run on Light. Following our $30M Series A last year, we're building the team that will make Light the default finance platform for the next generation of businesses. WHY DACH, WHY NOW. To win Europe, you have to win DACH. We know this. That's why we're making our first dedicated hire for the region and treating it as a must-win market. You won't be a satellite of a global team running templated playbooks. You'll be a builder. THe person who decides what Light looks and feels like in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING. * Building Light's presence in DACH from the ground up, shaping our GTM strategy, and becoming one of the defining faces of the region. If you'd rather set the direction than follow it, this is your gig. * Owning the full DACH events calendar. Finhack hackathons, third-party sponsorships, roundtables. From concept to follow-up, you run it. * Managing the regional budget, knowing where to spend and where to hold back. * Working with our brand team on everything from regional messaging and localisation to experiential campaigns that cut through in a market full of noise. * Bringing on-the-ground market data back to your VP Marketing and Growth Lead to sharpen paid activity, targeting, and messaging across the region. * Driving regional pipeline, working across events, campaigns, and community to build a consistent flow of qualified opportunities for the sales team. * Partnering with RevOps to keep pipeline clean, prospects moving, and nothing falling through the cracks between marketing and sales. * Enabling the sales team with the collateral, messaging, and market context they need to win in DACH. * Building community, not just pipeline. You'll build relationships with press, analysts, and partners, but the bigger goal is an ecosystem of likeminded changemakers around a product that's transforming the finance function. WHAT WE THINK YOU'LL NEED.* * Meaningful experience in field or regional marketing at a B2B SaaS company, ideally one that was building out international presence from a non-DACH HQ. * Native-level German fluency. You can write the copy, run the room, and build the relationships. * A real track record running field marketing and events from start to finish.. * The ability to work across Sales, RevOps, and brand without losing momentum or creating friction. You know how to get things done in a cross-functional team. * Genuine enthusiasm for AI tooling, not just comfort with it. We're an AI-native company and use AI across everything we build and do. Just as Light helps finance teams do their best work, we expect our people to use AI to do theirs. * To be based in Copenhagen or London, with frequent travel to the region. *But really, what do we know? If the crux of the role sounds right but you don't tick every box, reach out anyway and make your case. The good stuff. 🏢 In-office culture, five days a week, with a high talent-density team. 💸 Competitive salary. 🏝 25 days annual leave plus public holidays in your country of employment. 🚀 The chance to shape a category from the inside, not just market around it. 🌍 Regular travel to Copenhagen, London, New York, and wherever the action is. 🥳 Company off-sites twice a year. The last one was in Italy. Light is an equal opportunity employer.

Enter Sona: the next generation of AI-native, frontline workforce management. We’ve built an end-to-end platform covering Scheduling, HR, Payroll, and Communications that gives the largest frontline organisations everything they need to staff more intelligently and empower their teams. In under 5 years, we've already made a deep impact on the lives of over 100k frontline workers and the operation of their organisations, grown the team to 140+, and secured over $100M in funding from notable VC's, including our Series B led by N47 alongside Felicis, Northzone, and Gradient Ventures (Google). It’s a hugely exciting time to be joining the team as we’re still small enough that you’ll have a significant impact on the company’s growth trajectory and culture, yet large enough to have a great structure, experienced leaders and world-class benefits in place. About the Role The Revenue Operations - Systems & Data role at Sona will own the integrity, architecture, and administration of our go-to-market data foundation. This is the role that makes sure our revenue engine runs on clean, trustworthy, well-structured data, and that every system in our GTM stack talks to every other system reliably. You'll be responsible for how data flows across HubSpot, Gong, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and the wider GTM stack: designing schemas, enforcing hygiene standards, building integrations, and ensuring our CRM is the single source of truth for the commercial team. As Sona scales its AI capabilities across the revenue function, the quality of that foundation becomes critical. AI is only as good as the data it sits on, and this role ensures ours is solid. This role sits within Revenue Operations, and works closely with Sales, Marketing + wider GTM org. It's a hands-on, technically deep role for someone who gets genuine satisfaction from well-structured data, clean integrations, and systems that just work. Responsibilities * Maintain and administer Sona's GTM data model day to day: properties, objects, associations and lifecycle stages across HubSpot and connected systems, under the direction of the Head of RevOps * Build and maintain integrations between GTM platforms (HubSpot, Gong, Lemlist, Sales Navigator, Cognism, Planhat, and others), ensuring data flows reliably and bi-directionally where needed * Enforce data quality standards across the CRM: deduplication, enrichment, validation rules, and ongoing hygiene programmes to keep our contact, company, and deal data trustworthy * Design and maintain reporting infrastructure: dashboards, custom reports, and data views that give revenue leaders accurate, timely visibility into pipeline, conversion, and attribution * Build and manage workflow automations in HubSpot and n8n that reduce manual work for the commercial team while maintaining data integrity * Support the development of a reliable data foundation that AI tools and agents can build on, working closely with the Growth AI Engineer to ensure systems are structured for programmatic access * Document system architecture, data dictionaries, integration maps, and operational standards so the team can scale without tribal knowledge * Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, integration failures, and data discrepancies quickly and methodically * Evaluate and onboard new GTM tools as needs evolve, managing vendor relationships and technical implementation Requirements Technical skills * At least 2-4 years of hands-on experience administering and configuring CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot * Strong understanding of data architecture principles: schema design, object modelling, data normalisation, and relational data structures * Experience building and maintaining system integrations using APIs, middleware (e.g. n8n, Zapier, Make), or native connectors * Comfortable writing or debugging simple scripts to manipulate or transform data (Python, JavaScript or similar) is a plus * Experience with data quality tooling and practices: deduplication, enrichment, validation, and hygiene automation * Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools: building dashboards and custom reports that revenue teams actually trust and use * Active, fluent use of AI tools in your own work, and a clear understanding of why clean, structured data underpins AI effectiveness GTM & business understanding * Solid understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles, marketing funnels, and how data supports revenue operations * Hands-on experience with GTM platforms beyond CRM (e.g. Gong, Lemlist, Sales Navigator, Cognism, ZoomInfo, Clay, Planhat) * Ability to diagnose complex data and system issues end-to-end: from root cause to resolution * Comfortable working in evolving, imperfect systems and improving them methodically over time * Able to clearly explain data and systems concepts to non-technical stakeholders * Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Product teams Benefits * Salary: $100k - $120k * Hybrid: New York City, minimum 2 days a week in office (3 preferred) * Share options * 20 days PTO + sick days * 401k contributions, employer match up to 2% * Comprehensive health insurance available from day one * Enhanced parental leave & pay * Annual all expenses paid team retreats * The latest Macbook and equipment budget for your home office * Professional development budget * Unlimited free books New York City, New York #lihybrid Note: this represents a typical benefits package for a US-based, full-time employee.
