The place… Located in the Gothic Quarter, opposite Port Vell, the House has a private Club for our Members. The Health Club offers innovative options for taking care of our bodies and minds. We also have 56 rooms, a private cinema room, and our signature Cecconi's restaurant. The role… At Soho House a Host/Hostess is one of the first point of contacts for members guests and staff before being seated for their dining experience. As a Host, you are responsible for greeting guests, answering all incoming calls, and creating reservations for the Club or F&B Operation(s)/Restaurant(s). The Host, has acute organizational and people skills which often in infectious and promotes positive experience from the moment anyone arrives up until their departure. Responsibilities also entail excellent service to all guests, members and staff via friendliness, professional, and organizational efficiency. A successful Host, you may be responsible for training other reception team members on process and service standards set at Soho House. As an experienced Host you are required to be able to master our phone system, have a warm and friendly disposition, ensure all anticipated covers are accounted for during service and tables are ready for the reservation’s arrival. Main Duties * Ensure every member and guest is welcomed by name (if local/applicable) and new guests are welcomed with open arms and in a hospitable manner * Answer high-volume phone lines and confidently answer standard Q&A regarding menus, hours of operation and amenity availability/pricing and calls for restaurant, roof and cinema reservations, general inquiries, and deliveries, messages for members and from employees; among other inquiries in full and with complete detail * Create reservations for club/restaurants and assist F&B Managers on the floor with service standards and service execution * Punctuating all calls and interactions with friendliness, accuracy, and discretion * Work with the reception team to ensure excellent service for members and open dialogue is had to manage expectations properly * Build relationships with members and guests and communicate and red flags and positive feedback to management to assess * Influence a fun and positive atmosphere by being approachable and professional * Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager Required Skills/Qualifications * OpenTable and MICROS experience (Is a plus) * Must have experience answering high-volume phone lines and answering inquiries professionally, timely and to the best of your abilities. * Problem solving skills and bring conflict resolution to any anticipated or current matter * Detail oriented, articulate and ability to multi-task in a high-volume and demanding work environment * Strong communication skills and ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions * Flexible schedule and ability to work nights, weekends and holiday’s (as needed) Physical Requirements * Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands. * Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8-10 hours. * Fast paced movements occasionally required to go from one part of the club to others. * Must be able to understand and communicate clearly with guests, members, and coworkers. * Must be able to reach and handle the computer, keyboard, and desktop items. * Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required. Le/la Coach sportif est responsable de la conception et de la mise en œuvre de programmes d’entraînement personnalisés pour nos clients. Le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) doit posséder de solides connaissances en fitness, en nutrition de base et en techniques d’entraînement, ainsi que la capacité de motiver et d’accompagner des personnes de différents niveaux de condition physique. Vos principales missions : • Evaluer la condition physique et les objectifs des membres à travers des entretiens et des tests physiques • Concevoir des programmes d’entraînement sûrs et personnalisés, adaptés aux besoins et aux objectifs individuels • Suivre la planification des cours et renseigner les membres sur les différents cours • Réaliser les cours collectifs proposés aux membres (HIT, boxe, mobilité/stretching...) • Superviser et corriger les techniques pendant les séances afin de prévenir les blessures et d’optimiser les résultats • Motiver et accompagner les membres pour maintenir leur engagement dans leur programme d’entraînement • Fournir des conseils de base en nutrition et en hygiène de vie • Maintenir un environnement d’entraînement sûr, propre et professionnel • Se tenir informé(e) des tendances du fitness et des nouvelles techniques d’entraînement • Tenir des dossiers détaillés sur les progrès et les résultats de chaque client • Accueillir les membres dans les espaces dédiés, communiquer sur les différents services et répondre à leurs diverses demandes • Orienter les membres dans l'espace bien-être et les renseigner sur les spécificités du sauna et du hammam • Gérer le standard téléphonique en l'absence des hôtes Gym Club • Avoir un bon relationnel et être réactif pour faire face à toutes situations • Veiller à la propreté du plateau et s'assurer que le matériel soit bien rangé après utilisation • Signaler immédiatement toutes anomalies ou machines défectueuses • Assurer l'application du règlement intérieur par les membres Profil : • Certification de coach sportif / entraîneur personnel • Minimum 2 ans d’expérience en tant que coach sportif • Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à motiver • Flexibilité pour travailler selon des horaires variés • Maîtrise de l’anglais • Capacité à travailler avec des clients d’âges et de niveaux de forme physique variés • Connaissances en anatomie, physiologie et nutrition de base.
