You'll own the execution and orchestration of our brand partnerships and activations, running campaigns that elevate ElevenLabs'
presence across all audiences. Think: Sports partnerships, popup shops, unique OOH, creator partnerships, online interactive
experiences, and more.
This is hands-on, execution-focused work. You'll develop partnership strategies and creative campaigns, build the assets field

Attio is the CRM built for the AI era. Designed for the most ambitious go-to-market teams, it gives companies the power to understand every customer, automate at scale, and build their go-to-market motion exactly as they need. We've raised $116M from some of the world's best investors: GV (Google Ventures), Redpoint, Balderton, Point Nine, and 01A. We hire builders who thrive on complex technical challenges, hold themselves to a high bar, and genuinely care about delighting the people who use what they build. The team here brings sharp judgement, real craft, and the drive to do exceptional work. We're obsessed about the details and energized by the frontier. If you want to do the best work of your career, this is the right place. ABOUT THE ROLE Our Marketing team shapes how the world sees and experiences Attio. We think strategically, move fast, and obsess over quality — from acquisition to brand to product marketing. We experiment constantly, craft clear narratives, and focus relentlessly on what drives growth. We're hiring a Senior/Lead Product Marketing Manager to join a small team with outsized impact. Attio is defining the future of go-to-market. PMM delivers the message to the world. You'll shape how Attio shows up to our core audiences, from early-stage founders to the operators running today's category leaders. The work spans customer storytelling, product launches, and sales enablement, three levers that take a great product and turn it into a market-defining one. You'll work directly with our founders, EPD, Sales, and Marketing. If you're looking for a builder role that owns meaningful outcomes for customers, we'd love to meet you. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Lead product launches end-to-end. Own positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy for new products and features. Ship launches that land with customers and move the business. * Develop product-focused content. Build the pages and posts on attio.com that bring our product story to life, and partner with Support to give customers the education they need to get the most out of Attio. * Bring customer stories to life. Create a steady library across the audiences that matter most, in whatever format the story deserves: case studies, video, web, social, or something we haven't tried yet. * Arm Revenue to win deals. Build the training, collateral, and enablement that helps Sales close new business and Success grow existing accounts. * Partner with EPD. Translate what we build into clear customer outcomes, and bring market signal back into how we build it. * Champion the customer. Be the in-house expert on who we sell to, why they buy, and what they need next. * Sharpen our competitive edge. Know the market cold: where Attio wins against legacy CRMs, where the new wave of challengers is going, and where the openings sit for our product and positioning. WHAT YOU’LL BRING * 6+ years of relevant experience in product marketing. * You're a great writer. Whether it's positioning, web copy, a script, or a case study, you make every word count. * You have great taste. Even if you're not a designer by trade, you know what great looks like and can articulate a vision to produce beautiful work. * A bias for speed. You own projects from start to finish and move fast with teams to deliver high-quality results. * Builder mindset. You'll join a small but mighty team at Attio. You'll define playbooks, not inherit them. * Fluent in AI. We expect you to know how to use AI to work smarter and ship better. You’ll stand out if you have: * Produced beautiful work across a variety of formats, especially video and web * Prior experience at a design-led company WHAT WE OFFER * A competitive range of $145,000-$240,000 (leveling to be determined during interview process) * Equity in an early-stage tech company on an incredible trajectory * 25 days holiday plus local public holidays * Apple hardware * Medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sequoia One * 401K * Enhanced family leave * Team off-site in fun places! (We've been to Barcelona, Lisbon, Malta, and Split so far)
