Reporting to the local HR Manager and integrated into a team of 3 colleagues, you will coordinate personnel administration in conjunction with an external provider. You will act as the vital link between the company and the agency, ensuring everything from new hires and terminations to rigorous payroll cycle control and tax compliance. Additionally, this role will add value by providing support in administrative tasks, managing suppliers, and promoting a positive corporate culture.
The Strategic Value of This Role
In this position, you are the bridge between Veepee and our payroll provider. While they manage the execution, you provide the expertise and oversight.
We aren't looking for a "data pusher"; we want a partner who masters the nuances of Spanish labor law and takes full ownership of the accuracy and integrity of our payroll.
