Join Axon’s Business Solutions team as a Business Solutions Architect / Product Manager responsible for Axon’s Finance Systems
portfolio. This role owns delivery and ongoing product management for critical finance platforms that support close,
consolidation, revenue recognition, compliance, and financial reporting. In the near term, you will lead two high-visibility
initiatives: the implementation of Axon’s Finance & Accounting Consolidation platform and a major RevStream upgrade. Over time,

The Role The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, is the operational engine behind Plexus' marketing organization. This role transforms strategy into execution by designing and optimizing the people, processes, and technology that enable high-performing marketing teams to deliver exceptional work at scale. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this leader serves as a strategic partner, managing the end-to-end creative lifecycle—from project intake and prioritization through production, delivery, and measurement. Performance Accountabilities Marketing Operations & Process Leadership * Continuously optimize end-to-end marketing and creative operations processes that improve speed, quality, and scalability. * Develop standardized Go-to-Market (GTM) frameworks, campaign workflows, and tiered launch playbooks that create consistency across marketing initiatives. * Build governance around project intake, prioritization, approvals, execution, and asset distribution. * Continuously identify operational improvements that reduce complexity and improve team efficiency. Technology & Systems Leadership * Serve as the business owner and administrator for marketing operations technology, including Workfront, Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms, and future workflow tools. * Manage Workfront request queues, forms, workflows, dashboards, reporting, and project templates that improve operational effectiveness. * Evaluate new technologies that improve collaboration, automation, reporting, and creative productivity. Cross-Functional Partnership * Serve as the operational liaison between Marketing, Creative, Product Marketing, Legal, Product Development, Compliance, Sales, and other business functions. * Ensure project briefs, objectives, priorities, and deliverables remain aligned throughout execution. * Build strong relationships across the organization while balancing competing priorities and stakeholder expectations. Performance Measurement & Business Intelligence * Establish operational KPIs that measure project throughput, turnaround time, resource utilization, workload capacity, and overall marketing effectiveness. * Develop dashboards and executive reporting that demonstrate operational performance and marketing team ROI. * Use data and analytics to recommend process improvements and operational enhancements. Performance Qualifications Required Experience * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field. * Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in Marketing Operations, Creative Operations, Project Management, or Marketing Program Management. * Minimum of 3+ years leading and developing high-performing teams. * Experience designing scalable operational processes rather than simply executing existing workflows. * Extensive experience administering Adobe Workfront, including custom forms, request queues, reporting, workflow automation, project templates, and governance. * Experience managing creative operations within a fast-paced consumer products, direct selling, retail, or omnichannel marketing environment. * Demonstrated success leading significant operational, process, or technology transformation initiatives. WHAT THE ROLE IS Clearway is searching for a skilled and motivated Senior Accountant, Corporate Accounting, who will be primarily responsible for the preparation of Clearway Energy Group’s (CEG) enterprise model and the preparation of monthly in-house cash settlements. Responsibilities will also include additional CWEN Corporate Accounting tasks, preparation of various business/financial reporting information, and support with special projects on an as-needed basis. This position will report to the Supervisor, Corporate Accounting, based in Scottsdale, AZ. This role will also be a point of contact with our internal stakeholders, such as the project accountants, corporate accounting teams, financial planning & analysis teams, IT teams, and various external stakeholders. In addition, this role will interact with the Company’s internal and external auditors on accounting-related topics. This hybrid role will be based in our Scottsdale, AZ office. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING * Prepare Clearway (CEG) enterprise model to be distributed to external shareholders on a monthly basis. In addition, conduct a mid-month analysis on a quarterly basis. The enterprise model is a non-GAAP cash reconciliation for our corporate entities to provide accurate financial insights and support ownership decision-making. * Process SAP in-house cash activities monthly. This includes ensuring accurate and timely preparation of monthly wires, recording journal entries, resolving outstanding/unmatched items promptly, and preparing invoices to external parties. * In support of the CWEN corporate accounting team, execute monthly, quarterly, and year-end close tasks, following established internal control processes and procedures. On an as-needed basis, perform balance sheet reconciliations and quarterly reporting packages. * Corporate accounting tasks: prepaids, accruals, monthly debt entries (DFC, accrued interest, etc.), monthly insurance entries and analysis. * Responsible for compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley internal controls, process flow, supporting documentation, risk assessments, and monthly/quarterly certifications. * Assist with preparing client deliverables for the external audits and any follow-up requests for additional support or related corrective action. * Assist with ad hoc requests from other departments as assigned (i.e., Corporate Accounting, Financial Reporting, Accounting Research, etc.). * Assist with special projects as requested. WHAT YOU'LL BRING * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or another related field is required. * Minimum of 4 years of professional work experience in accounting and/or financial reporting. * Accounting knowledge: Working knowledge and a general understanding of U.S. GAAP. * Analytical mindset: Ability to collect and analyze information, problem-solve, and make suggestions aimed at refining and improving systems and processes. Ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets with large data sets. * Business Acumen: Ability to understand the Renewable Energy industry and apply the understanding to reported results to increase awareness of potential issues or unusual items. * Knowledge of accounting/reporting software, preferably SAP, Hyperion Financial Management and/or OneStream, as well as advanced Excel skills. * Project management: Project management and organization skills with a demonstrated ability to navigate in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. PRODUCT OWNERSHIP & GOVERNANCE * Serve as Product Owner for assigned Finance Systems, accountable for roadmap prioritization, platform strategy, system health, and ongoing optimization. * Establish governance processes for finance master data, chart of accounts structures, financial hierarchies, metadata management, security roles, and data quality controls. * Collaborate with Solution Architects and Engineering teams to define integration strategies, API requirements, data flows, and technical architecture decisions across finance platforms. * Drive enterprise-wide data governance initiatives supporting financial reporting accuracy, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance. * Define and monitor system KPIs including performance, scalability, adoption, data integrity, and operational efficiency metrics. * Identify and implement automation opportunities leveraging workflow technologies, business rules engines, integrations, and analytics platforms to improve operational efficiency and internal controls. * Support technical troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution of complex finance system issues impacting business operations. * Communicate technical recommendations, implementation strategies, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs to Finance, IT, and executive leadership teams. WHAT YOU BRING * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field, or foreign equivalent. * 8+ years of experience in Finance Systems, Enterprise Applications, Product Management, ERP/EPM implementations, Business Systems, or related technical disciplines. * Deep expertise in financial close, consolidation, revenue recognition, reconciliations, statutory reporting, and financial systems architecture. * Demonstrated experience leading large-scale Finance Systems implementations involving system configuration, integrations, data migrations, testing, and production deployments. * Experience with enterprise finance platforms such as OneStream, Oracle EPM, Workiva, BlackLine, RevStream, Hyperion, Anaplan, or similar technologies. * Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, relational data models, data governance frameworks, and systems integration concepts. * Experience partnering with Engineering, Data Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, and cross-functional business stakeholders to deliver complex enterprise solutions. * Technical proficiency with ERP and analytics platforms including D365 Finance & Operations, Snowflake, Power BI, Sigma, SQL, and enterprise reporting technologies. * Strong product management capabilities, including roadmap ownership, backlog prioritization, stakeholder alignment, UAT leadership, release planning, and phased delivery execution. * Ability to analyze complex technical and business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions. * Ability to operate independently on ambiguous, high-impact initiatives while balancing strategic priorities and delivery timelines. * Strong communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to present technical recommendations, business cases, and tradeoffs to senior stakeholders. * Collaborative, outcome-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence.
