Role Overview
We are hiring a Director to lead catalog quality and audit operations across a scraper-populated catalog spanning a large brand
portfolio. This leader will own a team of over 400 people. Organization – multiple layers of management – and will be accountable
for the operational rigor, and ground-truth measurement systems that govern catalog. Correctness at scale. They will partner

About the Team The Coupang Catalog Team is responsible for hosting billions of products in Coupang's catalog and the dynamic processing of hundreds of millions of updates to provide the source of truth that powers the online buying experience for millions of customers. About the Role The Director of Catalog Product will be responsible for using the breadth and depth of knowledge and understanding of the last technologies such as Gen AI, ML or any other relevant technologies such as NLP/NLU, Deep Learning, Neural Networks, LLM, Speech/Image Recognition, Computer Vision, Algorithmic Modeling etc. to design, build, grow and scale a diverse portfolio of products, tools and features related to Coupang's vast catalog ensuring that the best items are presented to the customers.
