💫 WHAT YOU’LL DO
Identify and prospect new business opportunities within our target market.
Book and manage your own meetings with HR leaders and decision-makers.
Conduct engaging product demos and presentations.
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and understand their needs.
Negotiate, close deals and celebrate your wins! 🎉
Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to bring customer feedback to life.
Reach and exceed your sales targets and KPIs.
💡 WHO YOU ARE
You’re a doer and a driver someone who loves building, growing, and taking ownership.
You have 2+ years of sales experience, preferably within SaaS or tech.
You communicate with clarity and confidence both in meetings and presentations.
You’re proactive, curious, and goal-oriented, with a passion for creating opportunities.
Experience in HR tech or working with HR professionals is a plus (but not required).
