This is an opportunity for you to join CapMan in the role of Investment Associate as part of the Growth team.
We at CapMan Growth make significant investments in unlisted Nordic growth companies. We look for entrepreneur-led companies with
rapid organic growth that are in the category leader position or have the ability to become one. Some of our recent investments
include Innofactor, Neural DSP, Cloud2, Unikie, Liikku, Silmäasema and Fennoa. Our companies not only contribute to the overall
economic well-being of society but also influence and have a real impact on it. All our business decisions, from investment to

Working as an Investment Associate in CapMan Growth, you will get the opportunity to be involved in different phases of the
investment process – from sourcing of new investments to executing transactions – and actively support our portfolio companies in
