Working as an Investment Associate in CapMan Growth, you will get the opportunity to be involved in different phases of the

investment process – from sourcing of new investments to executing transactions – and actively support our portfolio companies in

value creation during the holding period. Your daily tasks will include e.g.

• Approx. 2-4 years of experience from working within investment banking, private equity, management consulting, strategy and

business development, or similar

The position includes a probation period, during which you will be asked to complete a healthcare check, including drug screening
