We at WeQuel are now looking for a Customer Service Representative in Sweden, where you will become an important part of the
client's Customer Service function with a focus on order handling, customer relations and service excellence. In this role you
take personal ownership of the full order flow, act quickly on deviations and make sure that both external customers and internal
stakeholders receive fast, accurate and professional support. You also share the workload of the whole department and contribute
to strong teamwork within Customer Service.

Your responsibilities:
Order handling, follow-up and coordination of all order types
Daily order follow-up
Follow-up of warehouse and transportation errors
Informing customers and taking corrective actions
Corrective Action Reporting of damaged goods, warehouse mistakes and transportation errors
Proactive back-order information to customers
Handling of returns – identifying original invoice amount, aligning with return policy
Collecting approvals and documenting in Order Attachment
Participation in all required training and education
Development and maintenance of good customer relations
Close cooperation with sales representatives to secure best possible service
- Working in line with the client's Business Conduct Policy and Credo, representing the client professionally and ethically in
all situations
Sharing the workload of the whole department and ensuring teamwork within Customer Service
Following and delivering agreed SLA for the department
Committing to agreed SLA with external customers and distributors
Contact with external customers – hospitals, private hospitals, distributors
- Contact with internal customers – Sales & Marketing, Bids & Tenders, Business Support, BI&MDM, Supply Chain Franchise Control,
Supply Chain Inventory Control, Customer Solutions, Finance, Carriers and the client's affiliates
You work in a dynamic environment where you independently drive your own flow forward while collaborating with several interfaces
within the organisation.
Requirements:
Documented experience within customer service and order management
Minimum high school education
Fluent Finnish, Swedish and English – spoken and written (English fluent, Swedish and Finnish reading required)
System and computer knowledge – order system, supplier systems, MS Office
Customer focus and service excellence
Order management and problem resolution
Results and performance driven, with personal ownership and accountability
