Essentially, you will serve as the bridge between external partners and internal development teams, ensuring they derive maximum value from our client’s technical solutions. Work tasks Technical Advisory & Collaboration: Act as a technical advisor and the bridge between internal product teams and external partners to drive mutual technical success. Technical Support: Provide 2nd-line support to external partners and 1st-line support to internal stakeholders. Process Optimization: Drive initiatives to automate manual support processes. Documentation & Content Strategy: Ensure website content and documentation are optimized for both human developers and AI agents. Community Management: Oversee and cultivate community management initiatives.

We are looking for Strong technical understanding. Experience in web development. Experience in a technical support role or a similar capacity Excellent communication skills in English A solid understanding of API design principles A degree or post-secondary education in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Web Development, or a related field

It is meritorious if you have Experience with JavaScript, Machine Learning (ML), and/or Java.
