Do you want to help develop cutting-edge security solutions? Pacom is looking for a driven and engaged Full Stack Developer with

experience in C# .NET to strengthen our development team in Stockholm.

As a Full Stack Developer at Pacom, you will play a key role in the development of our security solutions. You will work in an

innovative and agile team where your ideas and contributions make a real impact.

• Developing and maintaining frontend and backend functionality for our security platforms.
• Designing and implementing new features and solutions.
• Collaborating with Product Owners and UX Designers to create user-friendly and efficient systems.
• Ensuring high quality through code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Actively participating in the entire development lifecycle – from requirements analysis to deployment.
• Contributing to the team’s technical growth and knowledge sharing.

• A relevant academic degree in IT or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in full stack development.
• Experience developing in C# .NET.
• Experience with frontend development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, preferably with frameworks such as Blazor.
• Good understanding of database solutions (e.g., SQL Server).
• Experience working with APIs and integrations.
• Knowledge of DevOps processes and tools is considered an advantage.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Swedish citizenship is required, as the position may involve assignment to a security-classified role. Employment is also

subject to a successful security clearance process.

• Ability to lead a small team or assigned project.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team-player mindset.
• Structured and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality.
• Curious, engaged, and eager to learn and develop new technologies.
