As a Growth Engineer at Nextory, you'll build the systems, tools, and automations that power our performance marketing across

multiple markets. You don't need experience in performance marketing, we'll teach you that. What matters is a strong engineering

mindset, curiosity, and a passion to find very smart solutions to very complex problems.

Your story so far 👀

We're looking for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, take ownership, and build solutions that create real

business impact. You thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where experimentation and continuous improvement are part of

everyday work.

Bonus if you've taken initiative outside of work or school like starting a business, building an app, creating a YouTube channel,

or working on other personal projects. We value the initiative and learning just as much as the outcome.

We are based in Stockholm, Sweden, with offices in Paris and Bangalore. Our hybrid work policy includes four days in the office

and Wednesdays as a work-from-home day.
