- Lead a business-driven team focused on profitability, customer value and sustainable growth through proactive client engagement and strong internal collaboration.
- Strengthen client relationships through a strong risk advisory and solution-oriented approach.
- Develop our FX Services to be the preferred choice for small and mid-sized corporates, as well as selected large corporate clients.
- Ensure to be at the forefront of managing customers’ currency flows linked to international payments.
- Attract and retain high performing employees who are committed to the One corporate business idea of scaling business and achieving excellence in daily banking support and service.
- Maintain a high and healthy profitability and a sound risk level in own portfolio.
- Assess and improve the performance of your team members.
- Ensure the continuous development of your team and continue to build a team with high level of team spirit and engagement.
- Align your work and the team’s contribution to the bank’s direction and strategy.

- Extensive experience within Foreign Exchange (FX), including client-driven FX sales, risk management and advisory services towards corporate clients.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience demonstrating comparable knowledge and capabilities.
