You know that bit where every company says they’re “changing the world”? Yeah, it can feel a little forced. But we like to think our story actually has some realness to it.
Our story begins with Shadi Bitar and Ninos Malki, who came to Sweden from Syria as kids and discovered that books could be a bridge - helping them learn the language, understand the culture, and explore new worlds.
A thought emerged, what if everyone could have that? And just like that, Nextory was born - your all-access pass to read, listen, and discover new perspectives without limits.
And now, we're on a quest to find a Marketing Coordinator.
Let us tell you about the role 📖 As a Marketing Coordinator at Nextory, you’ll be the engine behind partnerships that actually drive growth. You’ll make sure our affiliate and partner collaborations don’t just run, they perform. From spotting opportunities to optimizing results, you’ll turn data, structure, and strong relationships into measurable impact.
Owning and managing our affiliate channels, ensuring campaigns meet CPA targets, quality standards, and brand guidelines
Tracking and optimizing performance based on key metrics like conversions, CPA, and LTV
Coordinating marketing campaigns across internal teams, publishers, and partners to ensure smooth execution
You’ll also create clear, data-driven reports to highlight performance and identify new opportunities, while ensuring traffic quality and compliance through regular partner audits. At the same time, you’ll build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate networks and local partners to unlock new growth and continuously improve how we collaborate.
Your story so far 👀 We believe you have a relevant background in marketing and experience coordinating campaigns, ideally across multiple markets. You’re comfortable managing structure and keeping many moving parts aligned, and you enjoy taking ownership of driving a channel forward. As a person you are hungry to learn and not afraid to test new ideas.
Furthermore, we believe you have;
2+ years of experience coordinating marketing campaigns
A strong interest in AI and curiosity to explore new tools and ways of working
Experience with Excel or Google Sheets for planning, tracking, and analysis
Proficiency in Nordic languages, preferably Norwegian, is highly valued as well as experience within affiliate marketing.
The Nextory way of working 🏠 At Nextory, we believe a strong and inclusive culture is key to our success - and that culture flourishes when we meet and collaborate in person as much as possible. That’s why we spend the majority of the working time at our beautiful office!
We are based in Stockholm, Sweden, with offices in Paris and Bangalore. Our hybrid work policy includes four days in the office and Wednesdays as a work-from-home day.
Your next story starts here 💫 We look forward to your application. Applications are reviewed continuously and if you have any questions about the role, please contact erika.thorslund@nextory.com
Please note that we do not offer relocation and that a six-month probationary period applies.
