The Role
As a Marketing Manager at Pixelgen you will be responsible for managing all aspects of marketing activities in a start-up company
with high ambitions in the Life Science research products field. This includes building awareness by developing and executing on
marketing strategies to meet customer needs and maximize profits. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with day-to-day
marketing activities as well as long term strategy, thriving in a fast paced environment. If you love the rewarding challenge of

Responsibilities
Development and execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaborations
Working on customer and market segmentation and defining positioning and messaging for respective customers/markets
- Guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications including digital, print and
video assets
- Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, participating in events and providing sales support both
externally and internally
- Build, maintain and conduct analytics reporting and extract insights for future campaign development and go-to-market
strategies, complete with formal proposals, budgets and recommendations on tactics
Design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics
Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies
Requirements
Proven experience developing marketing strategy plans and campaigns in the Life Science industry (2+ years)
Minimum requirement of Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Marketing or equivalent experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management, multitasking and decision making skills
Willingness to travel up to 40%
Preferred Requirements
Master’s Degree in Biology, Molecular Biology or Marketing
Immunology field experience
Single Cell or Spatial Genomics field experience
