We’re looking for a Business Operations Analyst who thrives on building order from chaos and loves improving the way a company
operates. You’re the kind of person who spots inefficiencies, designs systems to eliminate them, and has the drive to implement
solutions quickly. You know that a great internal process is invisible to most people—but game-changing for the team that depends
on it.
This is a part-time role designed to fit alongside your studies—you set the number of hours you work each week, as long as you
deliver on the outcomes.
Your mission: Significantly improve our internal processes through automation and structure, speeding up reporting, ensuring we’re
not missing anything, and delivering on our deadlines.
You’ll work closely with leadership, operations, and other departments to streamline workflows, unify data sources, and ensure
that we’re moving at the speed our growth demands. You won’t just make systems more efficient—you’ll create leverage that
compounds over time.

- Assist leadership in establishing a single source of truth for our business and financial metrics that updates automatically
with minimal manual intervention.
Implement operational automations that save significant time while for operations.
- Support management with various ad-hoc tasks that substantially reduce workload across the company, freeing up time for
management to focus on key tasks.

Your hard skillset:
Currently enrolled at a prestigious university preferably with strong academic performance.
Previous experience internships, or working in a small, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in workplace tools, integrations, and automations—especially AI applications or AI agents—with demonstrated hands-on
experience.
Strong professional references.
