Product Engineer

As a Product Engineer at Cambio, you'll be at the heart of something genuinely new: designing how people connect with healthcare

using an AI-first approach. Think about how you, your family, and millions of others interact with doctors, nurses, and

physiotherapists — this role is about shaping that experience for the future. You'll design, build, manage, and evolve our

Inhabitant Engagement product from the ground up, working in an autonomous and highly collaborative way alongside our Product team

and external stakeholders, all while setting the standard for Cambio's engineering practices.

A greenfield product built on Cambio's best practices and deep domain knowledge — with an AI-first mindset from day one. You'll be

an early adopter and a pioneer, helping shape Cambio's R&D model and paving the way for hundreds of future projects. We work with

pragmatism, iteration, and best-of-breed practices. We get things done — and efficiency is our team's north star.

• Proven experience taking products from concept through to launch and into live operation — you've owned the full lifecycle, not

just parts of it.

• Comfortable running and maintaining production systems, with a strong sense of reliability, observability, and operational

ownership.
