Vi söker nu en kommersiellt driven och hands-on person som vill ta ett helhetsansvar för Evidensia Care i Sverige och Norge. Detta
är en unik möjlighet att bygga upp och utveckla ett strategiskt viktigt tillväxtområde inom en av Europas ledande
veterinärgrupper.
Som Evidensia Care lead ansvarar du för den kommersiella utvecklingen, tillväxten och den operativa leveransen av Evidensia Care i
Sverige och Norge.
Du kommer att driva utvecklingen av vårt abonnemangserbjudande tillsammans med våra kliniker, Veterinärmedicin, Marknad,
Operations, Ekonomi, IT och Kundvårdscenter. Rollen innebär nära samarbete med verksamheten för att säkerställa engagemang och
kundupplevelse i världsklass.
Detta är inte en renodlad strategisk roll – vi söker någon som trivs lika bra med att diskutera tillväxtstrategier och
affärsmodeller som att driva implementation och lösa operativa utmaningar.

ABOUT THE ROLE As the Nordic Ice Cream Demand Planning Manager, you will take on a critical, senior leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for demand and supply planning across the Nordic markets. This is more than a traditional demand planning role – you are accountable for balancing cash, cost, and service by driving accurate forecasting, strong cross-functional alignment, and successful in-market execution. You will operate at the center of the business, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Experience, ensuring alignment across both commercial and operational teams. You will own and develop the demand planning agenda, including the S&OP / IBP process, while continuously improving forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and overall planning performance. While managing a small number of direct reports, you will lead a broader planning ecosystem of outsourced teams and international stakeholders, playing a key role in enabling efficient, service-driven growth, supporting strategic decisions, and minimizing business waste. This is a high-impact role where your ability to lead through others, build strong relationships, and create structure in a complex environment will be key to success. WHAT YOU’LL DO; Planning & Forecasting * Own and drive the end-to-end demand and supply planning agenda across the Nordic region * Ensure accurate demand forecasting across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons, leveraging data, AI-driven tools, market intelligence, and cross-functional input * Monitor forecast accuracy and bias, and drive continuous improvements to planning processes * Lead and develop the demand planning component of the S&OP / IBP process Cross-Functional Alignment & Delivery * Drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to improve service levels and business performance * Act as the key link between commercial teams and operational planning, incorporating inputs such as promotions, product launches, and market trends * Collaborate closely with outsourced partners, distributors, and central planning teams to ensure seamless execution * Ensure successful in-market delivery, balancing service, cost, and cash while strengthening cross-functional ways of working Performance & Leadership * Optimize inventory, service levels, and working capital while managing supply constraints and minimizing business waste * Leverage planning systems and analytics platforms to enable data-driven decision-making * Lead, coach, and develop team members while influencing a broader, indirect stakeholder network * Build capability and contribute to a high-performing, collaborative, and continuously improving planning environment WHAT YOU’LL NEED We are looking for a strong and collaborative planning leader with a solid understanding of end-to-end demand and supply planning in a complex, cross-functional environment. You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, and bring 5–8 years of experience within demand and/or supply planning, including people management responsibility. Experience from FMCG is highly valued, and you are used to operating in fast-moving, customer-driven environments. You have strong analytical capabilities and are comfortable working with ERP systems, advanced Excel, and data-driven planning methods, including exposure to AI-driven forecasting. Experience with SAP and/or Kinaxis is a strong advantage. You are fluent in English, with proficiency in a Nordic language considered a plus. You combine a structured and analytical mindset with a collaborative approach and a strong ability to build relationships across functions. You are confident influencing stakeholders at different levels and thrive in fast-paced environments where you balance multiple priorities while maintaining a clear focus on business impact.
