Product Lead, Investment Value Stream

EQT is looking for a Product Lead, Investment Value Stream — a product

leader who combines strategic thinking with technical depth, and the credibility to partner with investment professionals,

operating leaders, product development & engineering teams across the deal lifecycle. This role sits at the heart of EQT's

ambition to become the leading AI-centric investment organisation.

The Investment

Value Stream (IVS) is the product and technology function supporting EQT's investment organization, covering the end-to-end

lifecycle process. We serve investment professionals, committee members & executives across business lines and asset classes,

including across deal services, operations & control functions

You will lead the product function for pre-deal and deal

& relationship management activities within IVS, comprising a team of product managers, engineers and designers.

Senior product leadership in EQT's Investment Value Stream, covering pre-deal

intelligence, diligence & deal execution alongside end-to-end deal and relationship management.

The Head of IVS sets

overall portfolio strategy with business line leadership; whereby you will own multiple products & initiatives formulating

part of this view. Each requires coherent product visions, strategic & cross-product roadmaps, sequencing, engagement &

communications plans, with consistent delivery of capabilities & value to the business.

Scope is deliberately

open-ended and will likely expand over time, with much of the role centred on driving business process, tech & AI

transformation at the core of EQT. Activities may span areas like sourcing and origination, research, diligence, Committee

processes, deal management & relationship management workflows. This also includes knowledge and intelligence layers,

supported by many AI agents, enterprise systems, data platforms, contracts & vendor relationships.

Strong value-based

alignment with EQT's stakeholder groups is essential throughout.

What You'll Do​

• Own product

strategy, cross-product initiatives and roadmaps across pre-deal, and deal & relationship management lifecycle; building clear

objectives and measurement criteria

• Driving transformation alongside product builds — programme & project management,

process re-design, new ways of working, driving adoption across business lines

• Arbitrate competing demand &

objectives across business lines & stakeholder groups; creation of decision frameworks, optimization criteria and

sequencing

• Deep-dive selectively: take direct, hands-on product ownership of a capability when it requires a ramp-up, or

when other strategic initiatives are blocked. Ability to also dive into technical data concepts including data modelling,

pipelines, graphs and context management in conjunction with engineering teams

• Represent the product portfolio &

stakeholder interests in SteerCo and governance forums: contributing to core content, narrative development, and decision-making,

whilst communicating impact with rigour

• Key role in building out a stronger product organisation – coaching other team

members, providing domain expertise, setting the bar on proactive relationship development, requirements discovery,

prioritization, value quantification & delivery

You are a product leader

with a strong record of delivery on high-impact initiatives. Your experience dealing with senior stakeholders guides a strong

sense of commercial acumen, analytical rigour, and technical depth to guide the deployment of AI. This profile requires building

credibility with investment professionals and the engineering organization across the globe. You’ll also be equally adept managing

communications, handling competing agendas, diving hands-on wherever tight deadlines demand it. Above all, you’re naturally

curious on where technology can truly create value in private markets, with an underlying drive & collaborative mindset to

make it happen.
