The Role
Are you passionate about leading technical projects and delivering real value to customers? Ascom is seeking a driven Project
Manager to join our Professional Services team in Stockholm or Gothenburg. You will manage the end-to-end delivery of small to
medium-sized customer projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage customer projects focused on technical solutions and service delivery.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality processes, following Ascom’s SOPs.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across functions.
Ensure project objectives are met in terms of scope, time, budget, and quality.
Create and maintain project documentation, including reports, plans, and KPIs.
Conduct project reviews and drive continuous improvement.
Manage change requests and contractual adjustments in collaboration with Sales and Legal.
What You Bring
Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a similar field.
Certifications in Agile Project Management (e.g., Prince2 Practitioner, PMP, IPMA, Scrum) are a plus.
- At least 3–5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in customer-facing technical projects, ideally in IT, telecommunications,
or healthcare.
Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management, and resource coordination.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, SharePoint, MS Planner, ERP systems).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English and in Swedish.
